If you are asking about creating a version for F03 I don't see any reason it can't be done. I don't know how to do it though. I don't do much in the way of modding.

Likely you are doing something wrong if it isn't working for you if I understand the process correctly. the files should be compatible with both Fallout 3 and Fallout NV.

Missed the step with biped model list, but still dont work even when i did it "right".

If the first attempt fails, then parachuting is not for you i guess )

upd: Great news, everyone! Tutorial works great with other FO3 armor, so i might not be complitely lost to the society \o/

He is a moderator like me there his name is Kendo and perhaps he might be able to shed some light on the matter. I only followed the tutorial he gave and then created the esp accordingly however that was for Fallout NV not Fallout 3. I haven't even gone back to practice and do other mods and such since.
