Crash after seen some coloring flashing lights

Hi, near Windhelm i saw some coloring flashing lights, and i get closer my game crashes
here my papyrus and my load order, thanks for your help

Do you have any mods that add anything to the area where the crash occurs? If you are not sure try turning off any mods that add/replace things in game in your mod manager and steam community if you have any and see if it goes away.

i dont have any mod who add some stuff to windhelm, i got an ENB, and some graphic mod to enhanced the graphic of skyrim and some gameplay mod

If so it's not your game crashing it's your brain.

 

But seriously I haven't heard of a problem like yours. If you walk out of windhelm does it still happen? or is it just walking up to the city?

Could be graphic mods.  High Resolution Patch WATER.esp=1 WATER Plants.esp=1 WATER DB Waves.esp=1 WATER DG.esp=1  Grassification_SFO.esp=1 CinematicFireFX.esp=1 EnhancedLightsandFX.esp=1 HighResTexturePack01.esp=1 HighResTexturePack02.esp=1 HighResTexturePack03.esp=1 ClimatesOfTamriel.esm=1

 

High res texture packs can cause problems if you get too many of them together in one game I believe ClimatesOfTamriel uses lots of scripts and high graphics not sure on them all but you might start by turning them off and seeing if the crash still occurs.

actually i think i found what the problem is, i forgot to patch climates of tamriel for dragonborn and dawnguard, now i don't have the flashing lights, i'll roam around windhelm to see if i dont crash

 

i will turn this post to solved if i dont crash
