I just bought fallout new vegas and I need you to help me  to install sexout + plugins or how to installed. what i need what work better

 

and other thing FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager) is a good help for install mods?

Use only FOMM for fallout NV *read this* http://www.loverslab.com/topic/7727-sexout-faq-read-this-to-get-started/ this thread will help you get started with sexout mods. Much like skyrim where you need skse for skyrim to use many of the adult mods obse for oblivion for fallout NV you need NVSE (new vegas script extender) http://nvse.silverlock.org/ and launch the game through the NVSE.exe.

There are a plethora of suggestion threads.  There is also the rest of the internet.

 

Sexout installs the T6 body for females by default.  It only installs the nude skin required for SO animations for the Breeze body for males IF YOU TELL IT TO.
