No animations working

Ok I give up on trying to work this out on my own.

My problem is that whenever I get into a sex scene, or two NPCs have sex the sound plays but the animation doesn't...they just stand there naked.

I have tried to solve this multiple ways, including following SexLabs trouble shooting guides and different online tutorials... but no luck in fixing the problems. I have even resorted to completely uninstalling and re installing skyrim (including deleting all skyrim files left after uninstalling). I have tried only installing specific mods to just try and get the animations to work.... I am at my wits end here and need help.

in general here is what I do from a clean load of skyrim.

1) I make sure I have the files I need ready

2) I turn on Nexus mod manager

3) I install the unofficial patches for skyrim, dawnguard, hearthfire, dragonborn and high res texture pack.

4) I install FNIS

5) I run FNIS

5.5) I install SKUI

6) I install SexLabs animation framework

7) I run FNIS

8) I install Zaz_animation pack

9) I run FNIS

10) I install Sexlabs Match maker

11) I run FNIS

12) I run SKES

13) I test out (using the match maker spells) the sex animation

14) get sound and stripping and standing together, but no animation

This is just a general guide to how I try and get this to work, there are other mods I want to install but I want to get the animations working first.

Can any one help me out?

I am literally right now uninstalling and re installing a clean skyrim.

Well first thing if you have not uninstalled everything is run FNIS and when it is done doing it's thing. Copy all the text and paste it here.

You don't need to run FNIS every single mod you install, you can install all the bunch of mods and just run FNIS at the end.

Check that you have the right version of FNIS and SKSE installed, most if you are installing the newest SexLab .

well it seems that reporting the problem fixes it. I have done the installation clean before and installed the mods in the order like I just did before, but for some reason it now works

I had the issue that my Animal Animations won't work,

i tried everything and often i see that everyone talks about (run FNIS)

I downloaded the newest version of FNIS from the FNIS page (it was the Alpha version) also the newest one.

This one support the integration of Animal Animations.

Just to run FNIS won't work, and even if everything is correct, correct load order, correct needed mods, and so on, without the Newest FNIS wich took the Animations into the Game, everything else won't work.

So make sure you have the newest FNIS version, it shows Messages on FNIS about (Adding Creature Animations).

ok first thing you need to tell us is what order you installed things in.

I myself install those mods in this order:

SKSE (I always have this installed first)

FNIS

FNIS creature pack

SKUI

SexLba Frameworks

HDT Physics

skeleton and body mods (whatever body or skeletons I use)

ZazAnimation Pack

BrawlPatch (SOS states that you are required to install this as it fixes a few problems itself.)

SOS

I also advise that you completely uninstall Skyrim and delete all files and do a clean install (this is something I end up doing regularly so I advice copying the clean Skyrim file and saving it somewhere for faster clean installs later)

also make sure you are running FNIS after installing all the mods and before running the game

that is ok as you only need to check the arm fix option.

I cant help me myself with FNIS data as I have no clue what it means, if what I have posted hasn't helped unfortunately I cannot help you. I only gave advice on how I solved my problem.... are you sure you deleted all local data? and I don't mean just tell steam to do it, but also you yourself go and delete the folders in documents? because steam doesn't delete those folders.

if deleting everything doesnt help then I am out of my depths of being able to aid you. hopefully someone else can
