I'm one of the many people that won't update SL because of this awesome mod, and I join to this request as well. I hope someone will take up the mantle soon..><

The mod works fine when, let's say 80 % of users have no major problems with it, but when the same majority has it, then it is a sign that mod needs to be upgraded. And just because of that "quirks" we want it upgraded. :)

I was among the first users of that mod. Worked almost perfect on SL 1.39. After SL 150+ arrival, the mod showed major errors in so called insignificant things. True, I haven't test it on SL 157, and have no plan to do it since I test it on 3-4 1.50+ version and it caused serious script errors. As far as I know, things aren't better with SL 1.57. So we cannot speak of fine working mod when it isn't for most of the users.

I've never used the mod before, so I haven't a clue what's working and not working or just acting weirder than usual under 1.57.

If someone can give me a decent list of the problems I'll at least take a look at doing at doing an update for the mod or including fixes in the next release of SexLab to fix any major incompatibilities.

A save file I can use for testing the related spouse stuff would also be incredibly helpful, as I don't have any saves that are anywhere near marriage or owning a house.

Ashal, you're awesome. Thank you.

Here is the list of the major problems I collected from posts when one goes from Sl 1.39 to 1.50+:

1. When new animations were added in SL .150+ some cells reserved for certain animations in SL 1.39, ceased to work. (like kissing, using master bed, sex in the field, strap on...)

2. Issues with dialogue line: "my love" after dismissing wife/follower to the house, or after having a sex with her

3. here is some papyrus logs with the problems

4.  going on vacation quest especially when started Dragonborn quest

5. compatibility with arousal

6. using the wardrobe

7. After some animations, PC is freezing or/and the game CTDs

That's all I managed to collect so far.

Can you expand on any of those? "Issues with X" doesn't give me much to go off of, what specifically is the issue.

ashal - I don' have that  mod installed but I will post your willingness to help in SE thread. I believe people will post their logs and more concrete problems.

The major ones I've noticed:

Spouse doesn't approach, even after several days fast travelling thither and yon.

Female PC on female spouse doesn't equip a strap-on for animations.  For instance, you have the dialogue option "I want you inside of me" for the spouse to top you, or "I want to be inside of you" for you to top your spouse.  Using the former dialogue option, your female spouse equips a strap-on and you proceed with male-on-female animations (blowjob, boobjob, etc.)  Using the latter option, your PC does not equip a strap-on, so your spouse is, for instance, giving head to empty air.

This sounds more like a bug with SpousesEnhanced in general and not something to do with the version of SexLab used.

This sounds more like the strap-on issues that existed in SexLab 1.39, not SpousesEnhanced. Strap-ons not working right on occasion was fixed in SexLab 1.50.

My goal is to fix issues directly related to using the mod on newer versions of SexLab. Unless it's something simple I notice along the way I have zero intention of becoming the maintainer of the mod and adding to it, if it works as well under SexLab 1.57 as it does under 1.39 than my job is done.

I've been running into problems with either the Spouses Enhanced Dialogue not even showing up, or the dialogue showing up but no animations playing.  I'll get the dialogue choices, pick one, then they'll stand together for a moment and then movement will be restored.  Next time I talk to the spouse, she'll give the "You've done well." line that signals the end of the sex act and a possible lead-in to a new one.  Not sure if all that is caused by load order or what, but it's pretty dodgy either way, and I've no idea if it could be fixed or how.
