[Help] Main Menu Bug!

    My mouse cursor doesn't show up on start up and the Main Menu's selections are missing! My clicks and mouse are not registering on start up and even if they did, the Main Menu's title card and menu selections (Continue Game, New Game, Load Game, etc) are gone!

   

    I recently tried to update my SexoutNG, remembering slightly in the past that it didn't work too well. After having it not work too well this time, I tried reverting back to my old set up to find that this bug has started to occur. I've validated integrity with no different results and spent the past 3 hours uninstalling and re-installing New Vegas with, again, no new results. Went on forums and google. found similar/same issues with no resolved answers. 

 

    I'll continue to disable plugins until i get results, but I would like to post my Load order and a screenshot of my Sexout Mods installed via Package Manager, so that maybe someone can look through it and tell me which might be causing it, in case none of it follows through.  

 

    Would appreciate any info offered!

I realize the enabled files are older, but they worked 100% fine before I decided to fuck the system up.

Found it. It was 'SexoutNGComplete'. But now with it off my games crash do to lack of content. :/

Either way, it's something within this mod. Can't tell what it is, but even with all the .ESPs unchecked, it still doesn't work correctly. Need to completely uninstall it to get even the slightest result.

2.6.8.4 is the latest version.  In the image, you've got a different one ticked.  I'd also suggest running a BOSS auto-sort if your mods are still that jumbled.

About to use Boss, but I installed the newest things. Unfortunately... even with the newest things and the pack uninstalled, I'm still having the previous issue. .

Fuckinhell. Not oly am I drawing a blank on what's causing it, but I'm absolutely dumbfounded on how my game was able to run it without an issue for so long, and why trying to re do it decided to break it.

I would say that you should remove any mods that you aren't planning on using from your Data folder (CheckMeOut, etc.) as that inactive esps count towards your mod limit.

Gonna start disabling things. . .  Anything Sexout wise. Other than that are FOOK, and Project Nevada. Hopefully will be back with an answer.. 

 

I did manage to make the inteface in the main menu to show up. but now loading means crashing. 

 

If i have the new SexOut, I need the new NVSE 14? Right? Is there a way to get that as a standalone and not get that Guy's personal FOMM? >>

It isn't just disabling.  If the problem is being over your mod limit (entirely possible.  My limit is 100.  Some people have a higher one), you'll need to physically remove the esps.  So If by "disable," you mean deactivate it in the Package Manager, good.  That will do it.  If you mean uncheck it in FOMM's main window, that won't do it.

Disabling all Sexout .ESPs/ESMs in the main manager  made the making a new game possible. Will start adding things back. Ugh. Hopefully I won't need to update every Plugin.

Try disabling: SexoutCommonResourcesDLC.esp

 

If it still doesn't work, trying disabling all sexout plugins and test. It may be one of the old ones that hasn't been updated for a long time is now incompatible. Also, running both brutalrapers and sexassault is ill advised and not supported, it will cause problems for both mods.

Yeah just get SexoutNG working ok first then add something like SexoutSex Lite no point adding anyother Sexout content till you get that far first.
