Hey, I'm a complete noob with mods too. But I assure you, the installation steps for the mods here are all written in crystal clear language and are as simple as copy-pasting files.

Just read the installation notes and everything will be alright.

This, itself, explains why installing mods is hard and most people need stuff like NMM

[sarcasm]Reading is hard. Why would I do that when I could absolutely fuck my game up the ass with terrible decisions? D:[/sarcasm]

In addition NMM is the worst choice for an installation tool at all. Wrye Bash and MO is so much better.

No need anymore to install chronologicaly because NMM can't handle overrides in the same way as WB or MO is able to do it? priceless!

You are a beginner and you have only little knowledge how the Skyrim folder structure is built up and which file belongs to where? NMM is the worst choice, because you won't learn more about such things when you use that tool. WB and MO shows all files and all conflicts/overrides and the complete folder path.
