But just try searching Nexus for preset, and you'll find a ton of different presets for RaceMenu and ECE that can help you get started.

Its UNP based Cots R2 mod i use it because it makes better looking females. Used mods are UNPskinny-CoTS R2-mature skin mod as replacer for body texture, wet skin from SGrenewal texture-sghair 268-high res eye brows-eyes of beauty-iridium eyes-natural eyes-racemenu+chargen. For more babydoll face fairskin look use Fair Skin Complexity mod. You have to google for CoTS mod also it need some digging how to install bit more work then normal body mods CoTS R2 is 2 years old and not worked on for more then 1.5 year. Mod is not active anymore here on LL it's old and child mods have stricked policy of rules to follow. Demonized UNP normal or skinny body and use the fair skin mod can come close to what i have so maybe thats more easy way. The mature mod give a more realistic skin plus you can have good realistic lips. Good luck.
