How to mod NPC heads?

So i noticed that in Racemenu mod there is option to export head.

Exported files end up in chargen folder.

 

Lets say i want to replace Lydia with that new face i just created...

 

My question is - what to do next? (What to do with exported files?)

 

Any explenation or tutorial on this will be helpful.
