infinite loading screen when leaving lakeview manor

hey guys i have this weird problem when i leave lakeview manor ill get infinite loading screen, im using avant garden mod for lakeview manor but i tried already without that mod it makes no difference. The other house in hearthfire heljarchen works without problems

I always have http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14947/? installed. Not only do I find it more immersive and realistic then fast travel, but should a situation like this arise, you have an easy way out to try to test the problem in game. I would experiment and try leaving using the teleport, then fast travel to an area CLOSE to your problem area ( in this case your house ) and run back there on foot and see what happens. If you can get there on foot then it is just one of those " fuck you, don't want to load it right now " moments Skyrim has every once in a while that you are getting when trying to exit your house. If you CTD / freeze etc on the way / close / at your house then you know something is wrong.
