So obviously the koreans running the skyrim mod cafe just dont want to share anything with anyone else. Of course they seem happy enough to use and modify western mods. :/

You should look in the non adult section in the 'mods' topic. It's not hard to find hairs like this using those links.

Looks like one of the hairs from beautiful hair. There is two links to it in this thread. They both seem incomplete though. I had to run them together to get it to work mostly ok. Seem to be missing textures.

One more thing... I THINK I have found a really good seam fixer for the neck intended to work with coverwomen. However, there are so many links on the page, the translation is so garbled (what translates as "children's shoes" O_o) that I can't tell what link to click for the seam fixer.

I think it's some armor from Terra (there's already an Oblivion mod for the same armor here) tho it doesn't look as good as the one for Oblivion (no plate gloves and some other issues) and right now it's only a replacer for the glass armor but maybe someone might like it.

Here is a link to the "Tera Human" armor/clothes. Simply extract to your Skyrim folder and make sure the HUM_armor.esp is clicked on.

[Commentary on Korean registration process]

 

In regards to the Korean registration process. That number is not your passport number. It is a number akin to the American SSN number.

 

It has been used as an extra layer of account security due to how much more is internet based in Korea than anywhere else in the world. Trust me when Google Wallet or other services extend as much into the real world in the US; you will see registration processes become more complex. Although it might take the rest of the world 10 more years to reach the level of internet-real world based interaction/transaction available in Korea now.

 

This is a way for Korean internet companies to try to reduce their liability and give the impression of security. It also allows companies to better *sigh* police their own users..so that when you are banned for whatever infraction; you are seriously banned forever. No switching to another anonymous account. This was not a government mandated action but rather a trend that the companies adopted themselves

 

The current conservative administration has tried to take advantage of systems that the companies themselves put in; to stifle criticism but they and their party will be voted out soon anyhow.

 

No one really created this registration system in order to "keep out westerners"; that's an unforseen side effect. It's never really about you, I always say, it's always internal concerns that come first.
