You can change it with TESVsnip. http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5064 Open the file. In the top left window click on TES4. IN the bottom left window double click HEDR. Change the file version from 0.9 to 0.94. Save.

As for her face, it has a different color, so I guess it's Photoshop. Just compare the breasts and the forehead brightness.
