That's a screenshot by 7keys. He did a boatload of Oblivion shots with a lot of custom meshes and races that he made himself and did not (to the best of my knowledge) distribute. You can try sending him a message on the nexus but he doesn't have a very good record of sharing his products, much to my dismay.

Awhile ago i installed this along with a bunch of other mods. After some time i noticed that signage/books and other things were changed to Russian. After trial and error of removing/adding mods i found that this mod is the culprit

I know it's possible to carry out this procedure, just need somebody with original game and heart of gold (I guess). If you want the BBP version the armor can be found on the BBP Pack 2.0. Under Glass-> Gatti. Otherwise' date=' you can download the no-BBP on nexus at here.
