It is called Fair Skin on Nexus.

The physics look amazing on it although I don't want that body mod or race. I don't know how he did it, and I assume that is the Monli based body and that race comes with its own skeleton. However, Monli doesn't have BBP as default. To add BBP to Monli, you have to use Bodyslide. Should work with other body types/races, but I haven't tested it. Bodyslide doesn't change the skeleton, though...if that is what you were looking for. All Bodyslide changes is femalebody_0 and femalebody_1.nif files.

More specifically, parts of the Blades armor.
