Long overdue underwear mod {Mod Request/Demand}

Ok so here is the problem skyrim has been out for nearly 4 years now and there are hundreds and thousands of mods and not one of them is a good removable underwear mod. It is incredibly immersion breaking to loot every corpse and find naked bodies all the time, it is also immersion breaking to not be able to remove underwear at all, and at the minuet we must choose between these two. 

I have been waiting since the release of the creation kit for someone to make a mod that allows people to loot underwear from dead bodies. And so have a lot of other players, there seems to be a lot of demand for this mod. 

I have found, so far four mods that have attempted to do this.

This one is in my opinion the best one but it is barley functional and the mod author has given up on it along time ago. It is very buggy and is incompatible with a lot of other popular mods.

This one requires that you start a new game before it works properly (or you can reload the inventory of an NPC in your current save and the underwear will appear) and does not support bbp or tbbp, and the underwear models in my opinion are naf.

This one functions perfectly but it isn't quite removable underwear. You are given a ring and when the ring is equipped it loads the body meshes and textures from a directory into your game, one of the big problems with this is that it doesn't work with sexlab.

This one only works with unp and only does underwear no bra, it also does not work for males. There is no tbbp support.


A functioning removable underwear mod is long overdue. I am a complete noob when it comes to modding so what I am saying here is coming from someone on the outside looking in, but would it not be possible for someone to make an underwear model (preferably of caliente's) that has tbbp support, bra and undies separately and is applied to every female npc in the game. Clipping could be a problem but if the underwear was thin enough could it not applied to the body but sit underneath the cloths mesh.

Making underwear for males would be more difficult if you want to make it compatible for SOS but it would only clip though if the male was erect with his undies on at the time. I'm sure someone clever enough could figure out something.

Many people have been requesting this mod and if it was done right i't pretty much a guaranteed top 100!

If the problem is just that it's not tbbp and it's ugly, just replace the meshes with tbbp and beauty ones ;o

See normally I'm pretty supportive of the idea that requests should be more accepted by modders who may not have anything else to do or simply like the idea.

 

But there's two things here. One, you specifically put demand in your thread title. And two, this demand stems from your own fragile immersion and inability to accept the options that are available because of some petty aesthetic reasons.

 

As such, you can fuck off directly and learn the CK yourself. *nods*

The RCOTS mod had underwear that were lootable. Talk to Glouf about it. He's already made such a thing.

It's possible that demand is referring to the demand for the mod because they say that it would be an instant top 100, not necessarily as in "I demand this mod is made right now". Still, if it was meant to be a demand that way I don't think it's good to be so hostile as it doesn't set a good example.

Other people have tried that to no avail, also it doesn't work with body slider, so the underwear mesh is the same size no matter what the body size.

I am making a mod to do that, i am making this for about 2 years

 

But my main problem is not put the undies in the people but make the nif undies, if anyone want to help making a nif file, i can arrange that in no time.

 

I manage to make a working version, but then i decide to change the mesh, then change another stuff and so on...

I really don't think removeable undies for SOS would be hard you would simply just add all the underware to all the npcs in the game, there are already undies in normal SOS just that no npc has them on. On top of that i would really be greatful if someone would make this.

I honestly don't see this being an issue. You'd merely have to use the "SOSConcealing" keyword on said underwear piece(s) and it would solve the problem entirely. What that keyword does is tell SOS to hide the schlong mesh as long as that particular piece of clothing or armor is being worn.

Or there's this nexus mod that defines an apparel layer and an armor layer, and applies the apparel when you remove the armor.

 

There's lots of bikini mods out there for the ladies.
