Starter adult mods?

I am new to this site and wanted to know what I need to have sex in skyrim when running the game vanilla.

 

I just want to be able to have sex in game and need the bare mininum of necessary mods. I would also like (preferably) if I found some mods later on this site that I could download them without any conflict.

You don't have any sex in Skyrim if you run the game in vanilla except for staring at Aela and fantasizing about what she might mean when she talks about "hunting" with her ... so, no mod, no sex.

 

Jokes aside, though, I take it you mean you want to have minimal mod impact and still get some adult immersion, right? So here's what you cannot live without:

 

Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE): http://skse.silverlock.org/ Without this, mods providing adult content do not work at all. Vanilla does not provide for the required kind of script. This mod is essential.

 

Fore's New Idles in Skyrim (FNIS): http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11811/ This is the mod that allows the necessary animations to be played. No animations, nothing to look at. Vanilla does not have the animations. FNIS makes them possible.

 

SkyUI: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3863 This is a user interface that allows you to configure the actual mods which give you adult content. It is a requirement for SexLab.

 

Skyrim SexLab Sex Animation Framework: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16623-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v139b-updated-0216/ This is the code framework required to run the vast majority of mods featured on this site. It needs all of the three mods mentioned above. It does nothing on its own. To actually see any adult content ingame, you need some mod which calls to the framework to start animations.

 

Since you're after bare minimums, I'd suggest you try this mod for starters: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/17343-sexlab-matchmaker-rev-6-updated-11102013/ This is Ashal's proof of concept for the SexLab framework, and I think it hardly gets any more minimal than this. You have sex, literally, by magic, because you cast spells on your PC and/or NPCs, a SexLab call is triggered, and *poof!* pixel people give in to adult needs. No immersion, no romance, no story-telling, no nonsense, but it shows what there is to see.

 

There is a vast (and growing) amount of more immersive and more specialised mods here on LL, though, so if and when you ever feel that a "bare minimum" no longer suffices, I'd advise you to check LaEspada's thread here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/19588-sexlab-index/

 

As for conflicts ... welcome, laddie, to the wonderful world of modding, where common sense and the ability to read modders' instructions and support threads are a mandatory survival skill.
