edit, i found it, its just under the house in a odd shaped chest that just is under the house and hard to see.

That makes me happy to hear. My friend is indeed super talented but he did have a bit of trouble weighing the cape. Do you think you could just port over the head? I really like facemasks.

If I knew how I seriously would have dozens of faces and hairs ported by now :|

Also is the ripping process complicated? I can't seem to get meshes in Skyrim properly but I would still like to sort through the models I would like to see in the game :)

IMO' date=' not complicated but long and blooming. You needs Umodel.exe and Import script for blender. export datas from GPK file. (generally, They are in S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages\CH\) And import psk files in 'SkeletalMesh' Folder to blender directly. Textures are in 'Texture2D' Folder and you needs phothoshop or something can convert TGA file to DDS. Once import mesh to blender, then next work is just mechanical work. modify shape, change boneweight, modify textures so on so on. As a result, Just rip and sort work is totaly not complicated but too repetitive work.

 

Well, I can search Elin Glasses for you. Give me further infomation. I know it belongs to Elin but I still have no idea what is it. Is it playable? or for NPC? Stand alone accessory? or part of body(ex : Hair)?

 

Was working on the armor, and dayum, keep getting stuck D=>. If yours is already almost finished, upload yours. I'm still at 1/4th of the armor and still need to do gauntlets+boots. >.<

hybrid, 16 o'clock would be 4pm - 4 o'clock is 4am. Anyway, I think it would be best to leave the pipe out but maybe it would be cool as an accessory for any character? I tried that for NV but it clipped with anything but that Tera character. Doesn't really matter to me.

 

 

Bikko, I'm glad I could help you out. I don't have any information about those glasses though :( I'll try to find a copy of the game and search for it myself.

Is this a new race or just armor and mask?? Before i had a

lightning mod but the mask looked all white and didnt match

the skin color so i dropped it xD...

 

will you include an esp upon completion of the armor pack?

I really like the armor and the mask (exept the hair).

Mayby you can try to make the armor in a size that fits the vanilla head?

Or a little retexture in black/gold to make it look like it's ebony?

Hi Bikko, I haven't downloaded your work but it looks pretty good. I have completed one TERA replacer too, but I did it just because I wanted to learn how to set meshes for Skyrim, so training purpouses only, it worked as you can see here

 

The problem is that the wheights are crappy, very crappy, it works but with lots of artifacts and stuff. So I would like to take a look to your meshes and see if I can use your weights, hope you don't mind it. I'd also like to know how you solved the textures, as there is this specular color map, and the face, I couldn't import the hair+face as one nif, because it had different materials, my solution was to join them and do a new UV and textures, I wonder what you did there ^^.

They put the Terra Armor up on nexus today but still can not Downlod it?

 

lol Nexus says the file is under moderation.

I haven't played Terra, but it looks like the Nexus has doubts this is an original armor. If it was ripped from Terra, they wont accept it. In which case, the uploader would have to change the armor's color, similar to what another uploader did for the "Witcher 2" Triss Armor.

Remedy, the Witcher thing was settled because CDPR allows modders to use their stuff as long as they don't make money off of it.

Ok, just checked your files, I don't know how to export a mesh built from more than one object with different materials, I know that each object and material should be one NiTriShape, but I just don't know how to export like that, will look into it but can anyone tell me what I'm missing? (using 3DS Max).

 

About textures, I noticed you only used the basic ones, diff and norm, I'd put the _spec (wich is a specular color map) under enviromental map with one of the cubemaps from the game, like the QuickSkyDark_e i.e That should make the armor parts shinier and the reflected light should look better, still I haven't tested it cuz as I said before I can't export the armor and the body as different NiTriShapes, so if I put those maps even the skin will look metallic.

 

Another thing I noticed is that your meshes dont use the weight slider, wich is ok but maybe you could look into adding a hevier/lighter version. My crappy replacer actually has the slider working, but it looks plain awfull from 50% onwards.

 

 

So, any help with exporting different NiTriShapes would be very helpfull, thanks in advance
