DarkDragoon Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 I installed an all in one mod lovers mod pack i found and and mcb 1.4 and mcb++ 0.9.8 all in one i found and bravil underground came with it and its the only mod out of all of them that wont work right. When i try to load a working save while LTSBravilUndergound.esp is active the game will crash on first loading bar before it moves at all. But strangely i can start a new game and it will give me the item to start the quest but the game crashes a lot more often and i still cant load any saves not even if i start a new game with bravil underground active and save it immediately or do a little bit to get out of the jail cell and try to load that one it will still crash. My load orders below i orded it from the sample load order on the quick installation guide page. Theirs a couple other mods i have that arent lovers mods but even with them disabled i stil have the same problems and even with just the necessary mods for bravil underground to work active ie. lovers with pk, shivering isles and loversslavetrader, i still get the same crashing and not being able to load saves problem. gregathit Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 The problem is you are running shit from hongfire. You need to go back to where you got your all in one and ask for help there. We don't support their versions and they don't support ours. Run plugins from one site or the other but NOT both and ask for help from the site you get your plugins from. DarkDragoon Posted February 15, 2014 Author Posted February 15, 2014 lol a little harsh their but i appreciate the help regardless i just used the first all in one i found it seemed to have everything and everything worked aside from one mod so i didnt think it was that big of a deal im dling the LAPF from here and ill post back if that fixes it
gregathit Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 It is harsh only because it has been asked about a billion times already and has been commented on both sites. You will need to completely uninstall all previous versions of lovers, rebuild your bashed patch and start a new game before installing the LAPF or you risk breaking things. The LAPF uses new meshes, new animations and requires using a new skeleton. The reason for this is that we use an Animated Penis mesh\skeleton\animation combo that is unique to Lovers Lab. Took about 10 months to make as all the animations had to be overhauled. Enjoy. As to your crashing with Bravil Underground: Make certain you have installed MBP 1.4a, MBP 98a and the MBP chocolate elf addon or you will indeed continue to crash. The alternative is to install the no-MBP version of Bravil Underground.
DarkDragoon Posted February 15, 2014 Author Posted February 15, 2014 i uninstalled oblivion and reinstalled it and shiv isles and now i just installed LAPF and all the requirements for Bravil Underground and its still the same problem, also i have already tried the no mbp version and it has the same problem for me =/

DarkDragoon Posted February 15, 2014 Author Posted February 15, 2014 I already downloaded both of those and installed them and Slave Trader v1.0 right now im downloading the Mbp ++ omod from here with 1.4 and 0.9.8 in it and he chocolate elves and basically everyhting else i should need for it to work. Once you have all the listed requirements for the LAPF and Bravil Underground you should be in business. Make sure you have installed a nude body for both males\females and have archive invalidated via bsa redirection.

Building a complex, modified Oblivion build should be done gradually, tested and retested with each new addition, not en masse, which is why AIOs never worked. And I don't know of anyone maintaining Hongfire stuff anymore, likely way outdated by what is here on LL now. You are running the correct versions of Oblivion, SI and DLCs, yes?

Have you download/installed the LoversBitch meches and textures? you need meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z and textures-all-Versions.7z You don't need the Sound Folder, and not the 1.51 BB fix esp and readme.7z My no MBP BravilUnderground Version is the same as the MBP Version only the NPC races are changed. What the..... how stupid is WryeBash? It can't merge scripts anyways. Oh wait, merging plugins - forgot i don't do that anymore. Sorry, nevermind. Still, doesn't this imply that contrary to popular mantra, the bashed patch should NOT be near the bottom of the loadorder, but instead above lovers stuff? I mean, Wrye won't merge stuff that is below the bashed patch, right?
gregathit Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 No it doesn't negate the "mantra". It is simply an "exception" to the general rule. Any script heavy plugin should NEVER be merged, be it with another plugin or into a bashed patch. Bad things usually result when you do.
