Silver437 Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Hi! I'm having problems launching my skyrim via SKSE. I was playing last night, and then all of a sudden my game froze. It froze so bad I had to just shut the computer down (couldn't get to task manager.) After I restarted, I got an error code "application launch error p:0000065432" After googling it, it turned out to be SKSE. So I reinstalled it as suggested and it still hasn't solved my problem. So, I decided to reinstall skyrim altogether. I have, and now the skyrim launches but the program freezes and closes immediately after it opens (before it even goes fullscreen.) I can launch and play the game via the regular launcher, but that won't work as I have many mods that require SKSE. Can anyone shed some light on this and hopefully offer a solution?
Veladarius Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Someone had the same issue here and seemed to resolve it: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/991849-skyrim-not-loading-from-skse-launcher-resolved/
Silver437 Posted February 15, 2014 Author Posted February 15, 2014 I am no longer having that issue. I was having it. Now my game crashes the moment I start it. I used BOSS to optimize my load order, and ran CCleaner as suggested in the thread. But now my problem is that the game crashes every time I load it with SKSE, the moment it starts (I don't even see the "Bethesda Softworks" screen)
TnTTnT Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 How about backup and remove all SKSE plugins first? I have quite similar problem with OneTweak (newer version) and still have to stay with 2.0.
judge0 Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 check to see if Storageutil.save in skse\plugins is readable as a text file - if not delete it and try starting again.
