Some issues you may want to address first:

  1. You posting screenshots of your load order tells me you skipped step 1 whichever guide you were reading to get started.
  2. Why do you need this "Aylis" guide to tell you were SexLab should be? This is a job for you, your mod manager and xEdit.
  3. Considering there's more potential problems and combinations in your current load order than there is stars in the observable universe, it's going to take quite a while for us to guess what problem you might be having with SL.

Oh i didn't it is the final step actually but in the Aylis guide there are few of those and i want to add most of the mods there, the game runs well and all on my testings but im not too confident on trying to to organice the order of the sexlab part. That's all, i have everything else in order :)

It's this guide:

Good guide though a bit too busy for my tastes.

Yes that is! i found really easy to found, so far everything is working but my doubt comes from how i can order the devious mods properly. I apreciate any help :)

I can't believe there are no conflicts in that list. Do you have the 'conflicts' column hidden?

I think the mods are disabled, so there's no active file conflicts.

Like traison said, you're the one with all the mod files and tools in front of you to deal with this. You can take a look at existing loadorders to sort your modlist and plugins, but at some point you need to learn and do it yourself.

  • Modlist (left pane in MO2) sorting is about solving file conflicts (i.e. textures, meshes, sound files or any other file type used by mods) between your installed mods. So if 2 mods are providing the same file, there's gonna be a conflict (represented by lightning bolt flags in MO2), how you deal with that depends entirely in the mods and files at conflict. Sometimes you need to follow instructions from a certain mod, sometimes it's common sense (like installing X mod, then X mod's patch that changes whatever files, so the patch needs to overwrite files from X mod because that's what you want it to do).
  • Loadorder (right side) sorting defines how records inside ESM/ESL/ESP files are resolved by the game. A common example is USSEP changing whatever values related to a weapon or cell, then some other mod comes in and edits the same weapon or cell records. How you solve that it's up to the mods involved too. Sometimes you can ignore record conflicts, sometimes you'll need to change the way plugins are sorted in your loadorder so the mod you want to win the record conflict loads after other conflicting mods, sometimes you'll need to make or install a premade patch to address the conflicting records.

It's a lot of learning about the tools you've been using to install your mods and some basic knowledge about what each mod is doing. If you don't feel like doing that you'll be at the mercy of already available information such as guides, install instructions and automatic sorting from LOOT (which I think Aylis guide doesn't use).

And I'm saying all of this because looking just at the mod names isn't that helpful. Apart from mods I don't use, there's some mods I can't identify, like what's "Sex Lab"? is it the framework or something else? because I see you have the framework installed somewhere else. And "SexlabUtil" is an empty mod? and "Non" is ??? You're the one with complete access to all the info. Enable the mods, check if there's any conflict flags and try to sort it to the best of your ability, then test if mods work as intended (way easier when you install a few mods at a time and test instead of installing all of them at once without knowing how to solve conflicts).
