WHAT IS AVRE?

 

AVRE Erotic Conditioning is a standalone, multi-stage adult conditioning and corruption mod for Skyrim.

It introduces an in-world curse that gradually affects the player through visions, thoughts, pressure, temptation and escalating conditioning, with configurable Normal, Bimbo and Extreme directions.

 

AVRE is designed to work on its own. Integrations with mods such as Bimbos of Skyrim, SexLab, OStim, YPS or Devious Devices are intended to be optional extensions, not hard requirements.

 

The long-term vision includes deeper progression, resistance and obedience mechanics, curse suppression/reversal, quests, the AVRE Sanctuary, training systems, native outfits/accessories and much more but the upcoming Alpha will begin with a smaller, testable core and grow from there.

 

Built With Players in Mind

AVRE is being developed with one principle at its core: the player experience comes first.

I want to hear what players think ideas, criticism, suggestions, features you would love to see, or things that could genuinely improve your gameplay. I can’t promise that every suggestion will be implemented, but good ideas can absolutely influence AVRE as it grows.

 

My goal is not to build a mod that forces you to adapt your entire load order around it. I want AVRE to become something you can shape around your own preferences through its MCM paths, intensity, integrations, content and other systems should increasingly be configurable rather than forced.

 

I personally know how frustrating it is to find an interesting mod and then discover a huge dependency chain, compatibility problems, or a progression path you cannot customize. That experience is one of the reasons AVRE is being designed standalone first, optional integrations second.

 

Wherever possible, I want AVRE to minimize unnecessary dependencies, reduce conflicts and make troubleshooting easier especially for people running large modlists.

 

AVRE is a solo project that I develop in my free time alongside my regular job and photography, so the full vision will take time to build. But I would genuinely love for players to follow the development, test the Alpha builds, share feedback and comment to help shape what AVRE eventually becomes.

 

I don’t just want to build the mod I want to play. I want to build something players can turn into the experience they want in their own game.

Where Does “AVRE” Come From?

AVRE comes from AVRealErotica.com, the home of my real-world adult photography / videography and other creative work.

Photography came first. AVRE Erotic Conditioning grew from the idea of combining my interests in adult photography, gaming, storytelling and modding into something interactive inside Skyrim.

 

The Skyrim mod itself will remain free permanently. There will be no paid gameplay paths, paid integrations or paid features.

If someone enjoys AVRE and chooses to support my wider creative work, I’m obviously grateful, but support will never be required to access the complete mod.

AVRE EROTIC CONDITIONING

Hello everyone,

I’m Andrei, a photographer from Europe, Skyrim player, and the creator of AVRE Erotic Conditioning.

AVRE began as a personal experiment: a system where time, player behavior, visual events and progression could interact instead of simply displaying random images.

It has since grown into a larger Skyrim mod project.

AVRE is currently a Work in Progress. There is no public download yet.

 

WHAT IS AVRE?

AVRE is a progression-focused visual conditioning system.

Time creates pressure. Pressure increases urge. The system progresses through stages, selects appropriate visual content and delivers visions when the player is in a safe situation.

Randomized timing, anti-repeat selection and player satisfaction are used to make the system less predictable and repetitive.

The goal is not simply to show images — the system should remember progression and react to the player.

 

NORMAL & BIMBO PATHS

Normal Path focuses on escalating urge, visual temptation and pressure. As time passes without satisfaction, stronger stages become available. Player satisfaction resets the cycle.

Bimbo Path is intended to become its own progression style, with training visions, themed stages and eventually tasks, quests, rewards, consequences and dedicated content.

Both paths use the same underlying AVRE engine but can have completely different presentation and progression.

 

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS

A large part of the underlying framework is already working.

The current build includes Stage 1–6 progression, randomized timing, MAX-stage repeats, satisfaction reset, real player-orgasm detection, safe vision delivery, anti-repeat selection, the content catalog and the dynamic image/text rendering bridge.

Right now, the focus is moving from the technical foundation into real DDS content population and practical testing.

 

ORIGINAL VISUAL CONTENT

The photography used for AVRE is original material created by me.

Photography is part of my work outside Skyrim modding, including adult-oriented photography. I want AVRE to develop its own visual identity rather than depend on image packs taken from other projects.

This is also one of the reasons I decided to build the project publicly and gradually.

 

FUTURE DIRECTION

The long-term goal is for AVRE to become much more than a vision system.

Ideas planned or being explored include private gallery spaces, themed interiors, stockings and heels, outfits and accessories, toys and props, custom furniture, original NPCs and quests, training assignments, dream systems and additional animation content.

The goal is eventually to make the experience increasingly self-contained.

 

DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

The plan is simple:

Framework first → content second → testing → expansion.

I would rather build a stable foundation and expand it gradually than rush dozens of features into an unstable release.

AVRE is also being designed modularly so optional integrations can be added without forcing every player to install the same ecosystem.

OPTIONAL COMPATIBILITY

AVRE may eventually communicate with systems such as SexLab, SexLab P+, OStim, YPS, Devious Devices, Bimbo oriented mods and other Skyrim frameworks.

Those integrations are intended to be optional compatibility paths, not ownership of or replacements for those projects.

The preferred approach is APIs, events and dedicated compatibility bridges whenever possible.

 

CREDITS & RESPECT

AVRE is being developed as an independent fan-made project.

At this stage, AVRE does not redistribute third-party outfits, animations, locations, images or other project assets.

If outside resources are ever useful in future development, permissions will be checked where required and proper credit will be given.

Respect and thanks go to the Skyrim modding community and to the authors of the tools and frameworks that made this kind of experimentation possible.

WHY SHARE THE PROJECT NOW?

I’m opening the development thread before release because I would like to build a community around AVRE while it is still evolving.

Feedback about pacing, features, compatibility and future direction is welcome. Later builds will also need practical testers.

Game screenshots, development demonstrations and milestone updates will be posted here as the project progresses.

The Veiled Volume has found its voice.

Development on AVRE continues to move forward.

The Veiled Volume can now call its victim closer as the player approaches it. The final polish of the book encounter is still in development, and I’m intentionally keeping some of its behavior secret  I want the first encounter to contain a few surprises when people finally play it.

The core conditioning system has also reached an important milestone.

Normal, Bimbo and Extreme progression are now implemented from Stage 1 through Stage 6, with the current content library containing:

• 90 core vision images
• 1,000+ conditioning text lines
• multiple intensity/tone pools
• progressive visions and text events
• separate Normal, Bimbo and Extreme paths
• configurable progression and testing through the MCM
  The vision system is designed to escalate gradually rather than simply throwing increasingly explicit images at the player. Images, text, timing and player pressure are intended to work together as the conditioning progresses.

 

I’m currently finishing the last pieces of polish around The Veiled Volume and the curse introduction.

After that, the next major development priority will shift toward gameplay integrations:

SexLab • Bimbo systems • Devious Devices

I’m also considering SlaveTats as another useful bridge, particularly for later-stage visual progression and persistent changes.

The previous poll results have been very useful here.

The strongest interest was clearly in Bimbo progression, training and deeper gameplay systems, so the next phase of development will focus more heavily on making AVRE react to what actually happens to the player in Skyrim rather than simply adding more standalone visual content.
 

 

There is still a lot to build, but the project is starting to move from a collection of individual systems into one connected gameplay loop.

And the book is already whispering.

The Veiled Volume is still hiding a few things I’m not showing yet.

That’s exactly the kind of experience I’m aiming for corruption, conditioning, bimbo/submissive paths, but integrated naturally into actual gameplay instead of feeling like a separate minigame.

 

I’m currently preparing an Alpha build, but it definitely won’t represent the full vision yet. There’s a lot planned over time: deeper path progression, more integrations, the AVRE Sanctuary, dedicated training/content areas, and eventually even AVRE-specific outfits and accessories directly tied into the system.

 

All of that means a huge amount of work and testing, especially because AVRE is being built by just one person, not a team. I also have a regular daily job, and I’m a nsfw photographer / creator and gamer, so AVRE is something I build in my free time whenever I can. Because of that, I don’t want people to expect the entire vision to be finished in the next couple of weeks.

It’s going to grow step by step over time.

Rather than making everyone wait until everything is complete, I want the Alpha to let people get a real taste of AVRE early, even while it’s still growing and expanding.

 

One of my biggest goals is also to keep AVRE as lightweight and compatible as possible, especially for heavily modded setups and lists like Nefaram.

I don’t want it to become another mod that needs 15 hard requirements or destroys compatibility just to run ideally, people should be able to add it to very different setups and still enjoy it.

I was excited for a moment, 'till I understood this mod's going to shackle itself to Bimbos of Skyrim.

 

Now, don't get me wrong, Bimbos of Skyrim looks like a very interesting mod. It seems like it would be great fun, but I've never tried it and never will; I cannot abide a mod that permanently changes the game in such a fundamental way without a way to reverse it. That goes against all good modding practices I can conceive of.

 

Still, looks like you have something interesting going. I'm sure other people will like it. I wish you good luck on your project, even if it isn't for me.

Bimbos of Skyrim will be an optional integration, not a hard requirement. If you don’t like that kind of content, don’t use it. AVRE will have its own standalone systems and the relevant parts will be configurable through the MCM.

 

The same applies to the Bimbo path itself. If that style isn’t for you, you won’t be forced into it. The idea is to give the player control over what systems and paths are active.

 

I also don’t want AVRE to be a one way permanent trap. A proper “reverse the curse” / suppression / recovery path is planned, so players will eventually have ways to resist, suppress, or potentially remove the conditioning instead of being permanently locked into changes they don’t want.

 

So if your main concern was permanent irreversible changes or being forced to install/use Bimbos of Skyrim, that isn’t the direction I’m taking with AVRE.

I’m actually the same way as a player.

I really dislike finding a mod that looks interesting, only to discover that it comes with a huge dependency chain, compatibility headaches, or forces me down one specific path with little or no control over how I want to play.

 

That’s one of the main reasons I decided to build AVRE the way I am. I want it to be something made with the player in mind, not just a system that expects the player to adapt to the mod.

 

My goal is to make AVRE as modular and customizable as possible through the MCM — optional integrations, configurable paths, adjustable intensity, and the freedom to enable only the parts that fit your own playstyle.

 

I want people to be able to shape AVRE around their game, rather than having AVRE dictate how their game has to be played.

 

It will take time to reach the full version, especially because there’s a lot planned, but that player-first philosophy is something I want to keep throughout development.

 

And I really appreciate your willingness to test and provide feedback.

That kind of feedback will be extremely useful during the Alpha.

Something feels really uncanny about the kickstarter-style, hyper polished pitch deck, although the premise of the mod seems interesting. However, the material above does not  concisely state what the mod is about .

My best interpretation of the material above:

From what I can read between the lines, the aother propose a multi stage condioning mechanic in a style roughtly analogus to bimbos of Skyrim. This will then be coupled to a system displaying real life porn in non combat situation (Like the Cum Dreaming mod). After displaying some porn the mod will then offer an option to embrace or resist the conditioning leading to some sort of gamplay/quests that are not specified. The system comes in two flavors: A normal mode wher the mod hooks into other APIs such as Sexlab, OSL Arousal, BoS or DD to detect which kinks the player is engaging in and show appropriate content. The second path is about a Bimbo conditioning kink and instead trieds to corrupt the player character down a set path.
It is not clear if this project is a standalone project or a modding framework for others to build uppon. It seems to at least include an introduction quest, indicating the former.

Is that correct?

If yes, that is an intersting idea

Your interpretation is broadly in the right direction, but there are a few important corrections.

AVRE is primarily a standalone Skyrim mod, not a framework and not something that requires Bimbos of Skyrim, SexLab, DD, YPS, etc.

 

Those are planned as optional integrations/bridges only.

At its core, AVRE is a multi-stage conditioning/corruption system introduced through an in-world quest. The player encounters the source of the curse, begins experiencing increasingly intrusive visions, text, urges and conditioning, and the system develops over time depending on the selected path, stage, pressure and how the player responds to it.

 

The visions can include adult imagery, but the idea is not simply “show porn, then ask yes/no.” The imagery is one part of a larger progression system involving stages, pressure, resistance, obedience, escalation and eventually more gameplay around the curse.

 

The current main directions are:

Normal — arousal/conditioning without forcing the player into a bimbo identity.
Bimbo — more direct identity conditioning, submission and bimbo-oriented progression.
Extreme — a more intense version for players who explicitly choose it.

I feel like I gotta jump in for a sec and say that in the latest version of Bimbos of Skyrim there's an option for the change to not be permanent

Fair criticism. The thread has probably spent too many words explaining the concept and not enough explaining what the player will actually be doing.

 

On the writing: AI is being used as a development tool, not as a “generate 500 horny lines and ship them” button. The text pools still need to be selected, rewritten, tested in context and cut aggressively if they sound generic or repetitive. If the final writing reads like corporate porn, then I've failed regardless of how it was produced.

As for the endgame, this is the more important question.

 

The idea isn't simply:

vision → horny text → stage increases.

Stage and Pressure/Urge are separate systems. Progression represents how deeply conditioned the character has become, while Pressure represents how strongly the conditioning is currently demanding a response.

 

The gameplay loop I'm aiming for is:

trigger → vision/thought/command → pressure builds → player complies or resists → the mod reacts → pressure changes → conditioning escalates or temporarily settles.

 

Ignoring it doesn't undo the conditioning. Resistance should make the system increasingly intrusive: more frequent/intense visions, stronger urges and eventually more direct behavioral demands. Compliance relieves pressure and can delay escalation or produce rewards, but it also reinforces the conditioning.

 

And “conditioned to do what?” depends on the selected path.

Normal is primarily escalating sexual compulsion/arousal without rewriting the character into a bimbo.

Bimbo is much more explicitly behavioral and identity based: appearance, behavior, sexual service, obedience and eventually the character increasingly accepting those expectations as normal.

 

Extreme is intended to push the same system further for players who explicitly opt into it.

The important part is that I don't want those paths to just be different image/text packs. They need to produce different demands and different gameplay consequences.

 

I'm also not trying to replace Bimbos of Skyrim. If I eventually integrate with BoS, I'd rather AVRE react to and complement its curse/progression than duplicate what your mod already does.

 

The actual compliance/resistance mechanics are one of the systems I'm working out now, so I'd genuinely be interested in what you think makes that loop work especially where you'd draw the line between making the character feel compelled and simply taking control away from the player.

Not to nitpick, but this still doesn't explain what actually happens.

This much I get: as a player, I get near the book, and the mod begins. My screen starts to sometimes have popups with thoughts, fast forward, and over time these become more frequent and progress to commands. So now I'm getting popups every few minutes saying, for example "go masturbate".

You keep using generic labels for activities such as 'pressure builds', 'conditioning escalates', or just 'mod reacts', but you need to conceive of what these are before they will mean anything.

Ignoring it doesn't undo the conditioning. Resistance should make the system increasingly intrusive: more frequent/intense visions, stronger urges and eventually more direct behavioral demands. Compliance relieves pressure and can delay escalation or produce rewards, but it also reinforces the conditioning.

Ignoring the cultist attacks doesn't stop them. Resisting by traveling to Solstheim makes Miraak's attempts to stop you intensify: more cultist attacks, killing your allies, eventually directly offering powers from Black Books. Taking the Black Book powers makes it easier to fight back against him, but eventually there must be escalation and you fight.

It's a design template, not a detailed spec. It's generic, it's standardised, it's fundamentally meaningless.

 

Can you write a summary that looks more like the second one than the first? Keep in mind that this example is for a single linear story. Yours would have branches, sure, but there's still a clear path from 'player finds book' to... what, exactly? What is on that path? What actually happens? You've told us your inciting incident, and your pressure to continue, but none of the actual content of the journey or the destination.

 

Because if you're going to make a mod you need to know that, and you need to be able to communicate it to people. When a player sees a mod, the first thing they're asking is "what do I actually do in this mod"? In quest mods the answer is "play a story/mission/adventure." In magic mods, it's "cast cool new spells". In graphics overhauls it's "look at a prettier landscape." I still don't have an answer for this mod.

These Bimbo Tonics can also be given to an NPC bimbo using the Hey, you little bimbo... dialogue option to suppress their curse for a few hours too (no scaling here- it'll be the exact duration set in the MCM). If you give them additional ones in their inventory, they'll automatically drink them when their current one ends and stay cured.

Fair point. You're right that I was still describing the framework rather than the actual gameplay. Let me try again with a concrete example.

 

The exact consequences and thresholds are still being designed this is a WIP but the intended journey starts when the player reads The Veiled Volume.

 

At first, very little happens. Stage 1 is deliberately subtle: occasional visions, intrusive thoughts, and small changes in how the world reacts to you. Some NPCs may notice something is off and comment on it. You can ignore all of this.

 

As the conditioning develops, AVRE starts making actual demands.

If you refuse a demand, there is an immediate consequence: the unresolved urge remains, Pressure rises, the next visions can arrive sooner and become harder to ignore, and eventually the curse can escalate to a different consequence or task.

 

Refusing isn't intended to mean "click No and nothing happens".

If you comply, you get immediate relief. Pressure drops, the curse backs off for a while, and there can be contextual rewards. But AVRE also remembers that you complied, so you've made the immediate problem easier while reinforcing the conditioning long-term.

 

Stage 2 is where I want this to begin leaving the popup layer and affecting gameplay more directly. For example, depending on the selected path and what the player has enabled in the MCM, AVRE might demand that you wear something for a period of time, accept a restraint or appearance change, go somewhere, interact with someone, or complete a small conditioning task.

 

Later stages should turn those increasingly intrusive demands into proper quests and situations. The Veiled Attendant and eventually the Sanctuary are intended to become part of that journey: investigating what the book actually did to you, discovering where the conditioning came from, and gaining different ways to resist it, suppress it, cooperate with it, or deliberately push it further.

 

That's also where Normal, Bimbo and Extreme need to become genuinely different gameplay paths rather than the same system with different text. Different paths should produce different demands, NPC reactions, quests, consequences and eventual outcomes.

 

So for the proud Breton battlemage in your example, I'm not planning to simply remove player control and make her obey. She can refuse. The interesting part should be giving the player increasingly meaningful gameplay reasons to decide whether resisting this particular demand is worth the consequences, or whether giving in now is worth what that compliance might reinforce later.

 

Long-term, repeatedly resisting should lead toward a different relationship with the curse than repeatedly complying. I don't want the end state to simply be "Stage 6, now you get more popups". It should lead to different quests, different ways of managing the conditioning and ultimately different outcomes.

 

So the shorter answer to "what do I actually do in AVRE?" is:

 

You acquire a curse, manage its increasingly intrusive demands, decide when to resist or satisfy them, deal with the consequences of those decisions, investigate what is happening to your character, and eventually decide what relationship your character will have with the conditioning.

 

I think that's the part I failed to communicate before.

 

And since you're asking exactly the questions I'm currently trying to nail down, I'd actually be interested in your ideas here. In particular: what kinds of immediate consequences/rewards would make compliance vs resistance interesting to you without simply taking control away from the player?

 

I'm much more interested in making that decision mechanically interesting than in just making a Pressure number go up.

I'm tentatively interested in this... The theme and promises sound great but the obvious heavy reliance an AI (even in responding here in the forum) is very off-putting. Even ignoring that, this sounds like a very ambitious project and ambitious mods that go big right out of the gate tend to not last either from scope creep and/or author burnout.

 

I think the idea is really interesting though. One of my favorite mod gameplay loops is in Being A Cow combined with MME's debuffs for being full. First you get cursed and it is whatever, but your milk production gets a bump. You get full which applies that annoying slight move speed reduction and a couple pounds decreased carry weight. You milk it off to temporarily be free of the debuff, but that contributes to increasing your milk production, milk capacity, and curse progression. Increased capacity and production means more frequent and severe speed and carry weight debuff which means more trips to the milker. More milking means more production and capacity, etc. etc. After a while you are wobbling around with prodigious melons desperately trying to get back to Paul before he spikes your production rate again. Combine that with arousal increased from milking and production, along with some of Jib's mods like BoS and Arousal Begging, and now you are a horny little cow not good for much else besides soliciting sex and being pumped.

 

So anyway, it sounds like this is sort of what you are going for. Any more mods with these themes are always welcome to me, especially if they include stuff like interesting debuffs and permanent (and customizable) morphs. That said, not being overbearing on gameplay but also not totally ignorable is a tough balance to strike. A system like this that is a slow burn, progressive (but not railroaded) fall into the depths of the curse is great. It is why I love BoS and BaC and almost exclusively build my playthroughs around them.

 

I'm a bit curious how far this will go if it is entirely vibecoded with such a huge and complex scope planned... I'm not totally against all use of AI but it has definite limitations. Any vibecoding I've personally done beyond very rudimentary applications has quickly run into a fair amount of significant problems at worst or a fair amount of unoptimized spaghetti code with random redundant additions at best.

 

Regardless, I wish you the best and hope this progresses. I'll definitely be watching and hope my fears are unfounded. In the meantime, I look forward to a very... clean and suspiciously respectful response to this post.

Just another quick thought, I'm not entirely sure how great BoS integration will be. BoS is fairly self-contained and complete with ways of driving curse progression, fighting it, and consequences along the way as well as at the end of the road. What you are proposing also sounds like it would have a lot of overlap with a lot of similar systems of progression and consequences. Unless integration is simply being aware of the other mod and turning off various functions which would conflict, I'm not sure how these mods could coexist in one modlist with such a similar themes and function.  Sort of like running BoS and the old Hormones bimbo function at the same time: Even if it is technically possible, the resonation of both systems pouring on the effects and morphs simultaneously breaks the balance, pacing, and end results of both.

I think these are fair concerns, especially the scope creep part.

 

I actually already ran into that a bit while working on AVRE. At the beginning I had way too many ideas I wanted to put in straight away, Sanctuary, more quests, more systems, more integrations etc. and I realised pretty quickly that if I keep doing that I will never get a stable version out. So right now I'm trying to do the opposite and keep the first Alpha much smaller. I want the main system stable and at least one proper playable contract that feels like actual gameplay before I start adding all the bigger stuff.

 

Your BaC example is actually very close to the kind of progression I like too. Not necessarily copying what BaC does, but that loop where you solve a problem temporarily and at the same time you are slowly feeding the thing that caused the problem in the first place. AVRE already separates things like the permanent curse progression, pressure and urge, so the idea is that you can manage what is happening to you, but you are not just pressing a button and making the whole curse irrelevant.

 

Interesting debuffs and customizable morphs are definitely things I'm interested in as the progression gets deeper, but I'm deliberately not locking myself into a huge transformation system yet. I want the underlying curse/progression loop stable first, then I can add those systems without turning the whole thing into another pile of overlapping mechanics.

I also agree with you about BoS. The more I think about it, the less I like the idea of AVRE trying to control BoS progression or both mods pushing morphs and transformations at the same time. That would probably become a mess very quickly and like you said, ruin the pacing of both.

 

I think the better way is compatibility rather than trying to merge both systems together. AVRE should work completely on its own. If BoS is installed, AVRE can detect it and avoid doing things that would conflict with it, and maybe use some of its state for dialogue or certain tasks. But I don't want both mods fighting over the same transformation system.

Same thing with stuff like DD or SlaveTats. I want those to be optional extras that can make some tasks better if the player has them installed, not hard requirements. If somebody doesn't have DD for example, AVRE should give them another version of the task instead of just skipping it or considering it completed automatically.

 

About the AI part, yes, I do use AI a lot while working on the mod, especially for code help and keeping track of everything because the project has grown quite a lot. But I'm still doing the CK work, testing everything in the actual game, finding broken dialogue, CTDs, bad quest routing etc. and going back to fix it. Believe me, AI doesn't magically make Skyrim modding work. 😄

 

So I understand the skepticism. I would probably have the same concern looking at a big feature list from a new mod. I'd rather get a smaller Alpha out that actually works and then build from there instead of promising 100 systems and disappearing six months later.

 

And genuinely, thanks for the feedback. The point about BoS overlap especially is something I'm going to take into account because I don't want AVRE to become another mod that just stacks another copy of the same progression system on top of everything else.

I personally know how frustrating it is to find an interesting mod and then discover a huge dependency chain, compatibility problems, or a progression path you cannot customize. That experience is one of the reasons AVRE is being designed standalone first, optional integrations second.

 

Wherever possible, I want AVRE to minimize unnecessary dependencies, reduce conflicts and make troubleshooting easier especially for people running large modlists.

 

AVRE is a solo project that I develop in my free time alongside my regular job and photography, so the full vision will take time to build. But I would genuinely love for players to follow the development, test the Alpha builds, share feedback and comment to help shape what AVRE eventually becomes.

 

I don’t just want to build the mod I want to play. I want to build something players can turn into the experience they want in their own game.

Where Does “AVRE” Come From?

AVRE comes from AVRealErotica.com, the home of my real-world adult photography / videography and other creative work.

Photography came first. AVRE Erotic Conditioning grew from the idea of combining my interests in adult photography, gaming, storytelling and modding into something interactive inside Skyrim.

 

The Skyrim mod itself will remain free permanently. There will be no paid gameplay paths, paid integrations or paid features.

If someone enjoys AVRE and chooses to support my wider creative work, I’m obviously grateful, but support will never be required to access the complete mod.

AVRE EROTIC CONDITIONING

Dynamic Visions • Urge System • Normal & Bimbo Paths

 

Hello everyone,

I’m Andrei, a photographer from Europe, Skyrim player, and the creator of AVRE Erotic Conditioning.

AVRE began as a personal experiment: a system where time, player behavior, visual events and progression could interact instead of simply displaying random images.

It has since grown into a larger Skyrim mod project.

AVRE is currently a Work in Progress. There is no public download yet.

 

WHAT IS AVRE?

AVRE is a progression-focused visual conditioning system.

Time creates pressure. Pressure increases urge. The system progresses through stages, selects appropriate visual content and delivers visions when the player is in a safe situation.

Randomized timing, anti-repeat selection and player satisfaction are used to make the system less predictable and repetitive.

The goal is not simply to show images — the system should remember progression and react to the player.

 

NORMAL & BIMBO PATHS

Normal Path focuses on escalating urge, visual temptation and pressure. As time passes without satisfaction, stronger stages become available. Player satisfaction resets the cycle.

Bimbo Path is intended to become its own progression style, with training visions, themed stages and eventually tasks, quests, rewards, consequences and dedicated content.

Both paths use the same underlying AVRE engine but can have completely different presentation and progression.

 

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS

A large part of the underlying framework is already working.

The current build includes Stage 1–6 progression, randomized timing, MAX-stage repeats, satisfaction reset, real player-orgasm detection, safe vision delivery, anti-repeat selection, the content catalog and the dynamic image/text rendering bridge.

Right now, the focus is moving from the technical foundation into real DDS content population and practical testing.

 

ORIGINAL VISUAL CONTENT

The photography used for AVRE is original material created by me.

Photography is part of my work outside Skyrim modding, including adult-oriented photography. I want AVRE to develop its own visual identity rather than depend on image packs taken from other projects.

This is also one of the reasons I decided to build the project publicly and gradually.

 

FUTURE DIRECTION

The long-term goal is for AVRE to become much more than a vision system.

Ideas planned or being explored include private gallery spaces, themed interiors, stockings and heels, outfits and accessories, toys and props, custom furniture, original NPCs and quests, training assignments, dream systems and additional animation content.

The goal is eventually to make the experience increasingly self-contained.

 

DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

The plan is simple:

Framework first → content second → testing → expansion.

I would rather build a stable foundation and expand it gradually than rush dozens of features into an unstable release.

AVRE is also being designed modularly so optional integrations can be added without forcing every player to install the same ecosystem.

OPTIONAL COMPATIBILITY

AVRE may eventually communicate with systems such as SexLab, SexLab P+, OStim, YPS, Devious Devices, Bimbo oriented mods and other Skyrim frameworks.

Those integrations are intended to be optional compatibility paths, not ownership of or replacements for those projects.

The preferred approach is APIs, events and dedicated compatibility bridges whenever possible.

 

CREDITS & RESPECT

AVRE is being developed as an independent fan-made project.

At this stage, AVRE does not redistribute third-party outfits, animations, locations, images or other project assets.

If outside resources are ever useful in future development, permissions will be checked where required and proper credit will be given.

Respect and thanks go to the Skyrim modding community and to the authors of the tools and frameworks that made this kind of experimentation possible.

WHY SHARE THE PROJECT NOW?

I’m opening the development thread before release because I would like to build a community around AVRE while it is still evolving.

Feedback about pacing, features, compatibility and future direction is welcome. Later builds will also need practical testers.

Game screenshots, development demonstrations and milestone updates will be posted here as the project progresses.

AVRE progress update – getting pretty close to the first Alpha

 

Been working on AVRE pretty heavily lately, so I thought it was time for a proper update.

At this point I’d say the first public Alpha is somewhere around 70–75% done.

 

A lot of the core stuff is already working now: the vision system, urges, progression logic, SexLab integration, the Guardian Stones introduction, quest rewards/items and the basic framework for the Normal / Bimbo / Extreme progression.

 

The thing eating most of my time right now isn’t adding more systems anymore, it’s making sure the actual gameplay flows properly. Dialogue has to continue when it should, NPCs need to trigger scenes automatically, quests can’t get stuck because you clicked something in a slightly different order, etc.

 

Basically all the boring stuff that nobody notices when it works, but everybody notices instantly when it doesn’t. 😄

I’m currently testing the first major contract quest and cleaning up the remaining dialogue/scene transitions. I want the first Alpha to be something you can actually play from the beginning to the end without needing console commands or wondering what broke.

 

For the first release I’m aiming for roughly 45–60 minutes of gameplay, depending on fast travel and how quickly you go through the objectives.

 

There probably won’t be voiced dialogue in the first Alpha. I still want voices later, but I decided I’d rather release a playable version first instead of holding everything back because of voice work.

If the remaining testing goes well, I’m hoping to have the first Alpha available by Sunday evening.

 

Not making that a hard promise yet, because if I find another quest-breaking issue I’d rather spend another day fixing it than upload something that gets stuck halfway through.

But we’re definitely getting close now.

 

The main goal before release is simple:

one complete run from the beginning to the end, no console commands, no dead ends, and no broken SexLab transitions.

 

Once that works cleanly, I think it’s finally time to let other people break it instead of just me. 😄
