Title: Female NPC Nude Mod (Test Build)

Contents: replaces the body models of almost all ordinary female NPCs in the game (elderly women excluded), covering 70+ NPC characters so far. The base models come from several excellent mod authors.

(@IBfree @amorrow28  @lakovic) — thanks to them for their work. Permission has been confirmed with some of them so far; if any original author objects, I'll take the files down right away.

ModDownload: Female NPC nude mods_v1.3.zip

GameOriginFileBak: origin bak.zip

Testing Progress

- All model images have been previewed one by one, and the serious problems are essentially fixed.
- Prologue: fully tested, all female NPCs reviewed. The missing head accessories have been fixed.
- Chapter 1: the head-breakage issues found earlier are fixed in the new version.
- Chapter 2 onward: not yet checked in-game; still to be tested.

Notes
- All models were modified in bulk by a program, so there may be many unknown issues. It's still in testing, and I can't guarantee it will be error-free.
- If you run into serious problems, feel free to document and report them. I've also included a backup of the original models, so you can restore them at any time.
- Even if problems come up, I may not be able to fix them quickly — I'm not good at modeling.
- If there are any updates, I'll edit this post directly, so it will always be the latest version.

About the models
The most valuable part of this mod is the base models, and all of them come from other authors. My own attempts at hand-editing nude models turned out badly, so in the end I ported other people's models instead. Thanks again to the original mod authors.

A few thoughts
Unlike the mods authors carefully craft, this one is program-generated, and the quality is definitely below theirs. I hesitated for a long time about even making something this rough, worrying it might discourage high-quality mod creators.
But from what I've seen over the past while, some of the excellent authors from 1st still haven't shown up, while other excellent authors are still contributing. I suspect we lost a batch of valuable creators over some unpleasant events around 1st. So I'm putting this unfinished thing out anyway, hoping it can draw out better work.

And thanks as well to everyone who makes mods for any game.

Update
- Fixed finger problems on some NPCs.
- Removed leftover accessories on some NPCs.

I got DeepSeek Harness to build a mod for me — and it actually worked. (The body mesh is from SuperKam1)

If you've ever wanted to try modding but get stuck on textures and meshes, an AI agent can take care of that part for you.If there's interest, I'll write up what I learned and post it here.image.thumb.jpeg.c7bac68afc4b00ffabc8ffb59d7198b1.jpegimage.thumb.jpeg.a493d12552283ddf404ff53e9d763066.jpeg

Hey,
Thanks for all the awesome mods and to @amorrow28 for compiling them :)

It seems to me that the mods from @Vanguard84 (Innocence naked mod at least) will not work for now... I was wondering why the bodies in game would disappear and I identified this mod as the cause of it. I guess it requires some kind of an update to work with 2nd... Or I'm doing something wrong, but the other mods have been working fine for me so far.

Cheers

Whilst installing the ‘Innocence Naked’ mod does indeed cause some parts of the model to become transparent, this can be temporarily avoided by not overwriting the nude textures. As the majority of the mods created here appear to use ‘sexybody02.dds’ or files with the same name but different numbers, choosing not to overwrite this file may allow you to apply your preferred nude textures.

就是那个裸体变体mod,那个mod里包含了裸体模型,只不过没有小腿部分。你要是想做mod的话,大可以用其他作者的裸体模型,甚至是其它角色的身体模型,应该是通用的吧

Here is a small mod, Estelle with panties instead of shorts.  EDIT: This mod is included in my UnSkirt mod.

Sky_2nd_Estelle_No_Shorts.7z 479.72 kB · 45 downloads

Instructions:

  • Follow this tutorial to unpack asset_common_model.pac - please make sure your game still loads before proceeding to the next step!
  • Copy the asset folder from this mod into your base sky folder.  It should replace one file.

Enjoy!

Good mod. Thank you. Some animations unfortunately have a noticeable deformation.

Also:
- Removing shorts/panties completely without changing anything else also could look good imo.
- Why the longer shorts from the 1st chapter looks better then the ones from the 2nd is a mystery to me.

I'm writing this post since I don't see many discussions about it. It's also to give a heads up to modders about removing/deleting/hiding costumes from their inventory when they want to switch back to the default/vanilla version.

When you remove all of your mods-and I mean all of them, nuclear--and you restore your game's files back to what they were before you started modding, your UI (at least the shop and costumes) will return to its vanilla state just like nothing ever happened. You won't see them, and you can't access them.

The most important thing here is that you didn't overwrite your files, and are just overwriting the unpacked, loose files.

Anyways, if that's the case, you don't have to worry about bricking your one and only save file if you're like me.

However... certain mods, like unlocking costumes early that are already in the game (i.e., Hot Spring) will persist in your costumes... only for the characters you unlocked it for. I haven't finished the game, but I do not know how this will behave once I do unlock it naturally.

Spoiler

Snipaste_2026-09-24_20-40-31.jpg.7d05dbe6421f3d04216a882e1c63c99c.jpg

Ports part of the Sky1st mod content. Additionally adds two Crimson Robe Phoenix Dance_C outfits (not in 1st), bath outfits for Anelace and Josette, three Heat Cheer A/B/C outfits, and Halloween outfits.(Compared to the full version of 1st, it's only missing a few individual standalone outfits. I'll continue to keep the full version updated and add new outfits. But whether the shareware version gets updated will depend on the situation.)

No DLC content has been added to the inventory — all outfits are purchased at the game's weapon shops: "Elger Weapon Shop," "Sain Weapon Shop," "Joan Weapon Shop," "Stein Weapon Shop," and "Weiss Weapon Shop."

Moving the .mdl files from asset\common\model\npc into the asset\common\model folder will replace the corresponding NPCs with nude versions.

How to install — two cases:

Spoiler

1. If your game has no mods installed, simply extract the mod pack I provided and copy the contents into the game's root directory.

2. If your game already has third-party mods installed, there are two sub-cases:
a. If you don't want to keep your existing outfits and only want to use mine, you can also just replace directly, but you must use the "save repair tool"; otherwise, you won't be able to change outfits. Trails in the Sky 2nd save path: C:\Users\Administrator\Saved Games\Falcom\Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter\savedata Put the .py script in the same directory as the save file, and double-click the .py script to run it. Suppose the save number you see in-game is 018 — then the corresponding file is \savedata\save016\savedata. Note that you need to subtract 2 from the number. After that, the script will rename the original save to .bak.

b. If you want to keep your existing outfits and combine them with the ones I provided, then only copy the asset folder and xinput1_4.dll from the root directory into the game's root directory. After that, take t_costume.tbl, t_dlc.tbl, t_item.tbl, t_shop.tbl, t_viewer.tbl, and t_name.tbl from the table_sc folder in the game's root directory, copy them out separately into a new folder, run kurodlc_make_tbls.exe, and place it together with the kurodlc.json I provided. It will generate new tbl files; copy the new tbl files back into the table_sc folder in the game directory. Note that table_sc is for Simplified Chinese. Whichever language you're using, use that language's folder. If you want to change all languages, you'll need to do it once for each folder. Put the kurodlc.json I provided into each table's corresponding language folder. Before performing any of the above file modification operations, remember to back up the original files first. I can't be held responsible for any files that might get damaged. If you have any problems, feel free to @ me anytime, and I'll do my best to help.

Save repair tool
If a save file has a character stuck only being able to wear the official default outfit, and no matter which outfit you click, you can't change outfits, try using this tool to repair it. The original save will be backed up as .bak, so there's no need to worry about save corruption.
Put the .py tool together with the savedata file, and double-click the script to run it.

xinput1_4.dll

This is an unofficial modified version of Hinkiii's sora1looseload 1.0.2c. I do not own the rights to it.
Original project: https://github.com/Hinkiii/sora1looseload — thanks to the original author for making this plugin.

What was modified:
1. Added support for sora_2nd.exe, while also supporting sky 1st.
2. Adjusted the lookup priority for loose files, prioritizing matches for the table_xx folder.
If you're using a non-Japanese language and some menus, dialogue, and displays have mixed-in Japanese, try using this loose file loader.
3. Added support for VC++. Some people experience game crashes when using this dll — you can also try this version.

Thanks to @amorrow28for making the relevant MDL and DLC tools for the Trails series. I'll always say the same thing: without his contributions, the modding scene for the Trails series couldn't be this amazing, and so many mods would never have emerged.

2026/9/28:xinput1_4.dll and the save repair tool were only updated in the last couple of days, fixing some previous errors. If you downloaded this tool before, please download it again to prevent save corruption.

DOA Cosplay 2提供了多个服装选择,这样默认就是果体那个,换了就是各种内衣和色色服装,然后加上色色环境(贴图、图标、各个商店的装饰等等),中间测试没有冲突,我非常满意。

Hi everyone. I have a Problem or a Question. I use these lwed-env.zip mod. I play the Game in german language. All works fine but the Request Board not. There's no picture, it's empty. If i play the game in english the image ist on the Request board. What could be the reason why only this image is missing? Can someone help me whit this? I've alredy tried that, but it didn't work. And i have no idea else.

4b. If combining mods, playing in a different language, or with newer tables - Copy the .kurodlc.json file an empty folder along with the original versions of t_costume.tbl, t_dlc.tbl, t_item.tbl, t_name.tbl, t_shop.tbl, and t_viewer.tbl from the table folder of your language of choice, and run kurodlc_make_tbls.exe - included, but newest version available at https://github.com/eArmada8/kuro_dlc_tool/releases - DO NOT run in the table_en folder itself, because it will attempt to modify other tables for which the schema is not compatible, and the game will refuse to load.

Maybe someone of you can figure it out.

I've built each language system into every table_xx folder. This time it really is 8 language series.
In particular, I noticed that on LL, there are a lot of players using Japanese and Korean, so this time the built-in kurodlc.json covers 8 languages in total, so players who can't understand English can now understand the menus.
So you don't need to change the name of kurodlc.json — you just need to find it in the table_en folder. Of course, if you think the translation isn't good enough, you can modify it yourself.

Open https://jsoneditoronline.org/, drag kurodlc.json into it, scroll down, and you'll see name and desc.

When I try to load my Save Data it shows this message. If I choose to ignore it all my mods don't show anymore in my inventory.

and if i try to but them it shows that they are already been purchased.

What can i do to fix this ?
