ScreamingSquid218 Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Ive been playing Skyrim for awhile and just recently bought Oblivion on steam. but im having serious trouble with installing HGEC body using NMM. Ive tried following the directions on the OP but it is confusing me. Could someone please help me with the installation process?
myuhinny Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Do not use NMM for oblivion it's a crap manager use OBMM (Oblivion mod manager by Timeslip) http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/2097/? Just like if you get fallout new vegas you use FOMM (fallout mod manager) NMM is only good for skyrim if even that.

Now im trying to install the skeletons and other mods. found a youtube video that explains converting mods to omods but when i select create/ add file, the relative path is always blank. is that supposed to be like that? definitely is more complex then skyrims installation process
movomo Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 It's just because you are not used to OBMM stuff. I'll tell you the simple way. create a folder somewhere, "data" for example. And put all the stuff including esp/meshes/textures/ini and everything in there. Now when you create an omod package, the folder you will choose in the select menu is the "data" folder. NMM is crap. I simply can't believe that the same guys wrote them.
