It did not contain anything that required deletion . Just the solution to a problem with an outfit

I don't know what was in there and I'm not a moderator. Ask them for their reasoning.
Only thing I DO know is that the "you dont have permission" thing means the topic was deleted.

Another explanation is that the topic was deleted by the OP, not a moderator. And so it was in this case.

That possibility has already been considered. I sent a private message to the thread author to ask for clarification. I'm waiting for a reply.
