SexLab Animations Not playing

As the title suggests, SexLab specific animations wont play. They result in the two actors standing inside each other, while audio plays. Shown in the first image.

 

Things I've tried:

 

• Reinstalling FNIS
• Reinstalling SLAL
• Re-registering and enabling animations in SLAL
• "Rebuild and clean" option in SL

 

I'm pretty much running out of ideas shy of completely reinstalling everything. And posts related to this issue lead me to people with the issue on SSE and using Nemesis or Pandora.

 

Possible related Notes:

 

• I installed ZAZ animation pack from a different website, the download for it here on LL leads to a txt file with a mega address and a key, but the keys wont wont for any version. The version I have installed is ZaZ Animation Pack UUNP HDT V.8.0
• Running the consistency checker in FNIS leads to every single animations saying it is "not skyrim compatible". Probably unrelated, since NPCs and PC still have animations, just not the SL ones. Yes I have the appropriate 32 bit version of FNIS. 

 

Another issue I have is a DD error that comes up whenever I load into a save. I've solved the issue before but I don't remember how I did it so I may aswell include it here before I crack my head against a wall with that. DD error is shown in the second image.

Your last image gives ahint why things aren't working.

Devious Devices as of Version 5.0 are all-in-one. It comes with four ESPs which all need to be activated. But it seems that you've also installed some of the old files, that unfortunately are still around and keep confusing people. Uninstall every DD part (assets, integration, expansion, contraptions) that did not come bundled with version 5.2. Make sure that your mod manager removes all attached scripts, too. Re-install the current version. Try again.

 

As for ZAZ, version 8+ is the most stable one. v9 is just too big to be of any use for non-modders.

Probably very related. That message is telling you that the animations are not compatible with your version of Skyrim. In other words you have SE animations installed on LE.

This mod has been obsolete for many, many years. It is incorporated into MNC.

That did fix that error. I had all of the standalone version on top of the main 5.2 file for some reason.

I re-ran the consistence check and the errors didn't come up at all, no idea why they came up in the first place. I'm 99% sure all of the animations were downloaded from the LE page, but I did download them 6 months ago, I'll try downloading them again anyways.

I have removed that mod, if I recall correctly I had it because another mod was dependent on it, but removing it doesn't seem to have caused any errors or issues, nor did it fix any though. SL animations still won't play.
