need help creating exact character

Just found a pretty awseome picture of a skyrim character. Was wondering if anyone could help me make her look like that exactly as the pic? and what are some mods for it?

The face is using something along the lines of Pretty Face or Univision Face. The hair appears to be in the SG Hair pack(s). Not sure about the skin textures and it looks like the Manga body type.

That character is probably the result of hours of work in the chargen with something like ECE.

 

I can all but guarantee you there isn't a "mod for the face".

 

Open Skyrim, get mods you like, and make your own character.

With a mod like Univision Face or Pretty Face then lots of trial and error in the chargen screen. Just like any other face.

You need ECE, imho, I havnt seen anything else that can match it for creating faces. Textures and meshes are abundant everywhere on this site. Thats the easy part. If you want to create faces like that then you need ECE and practice. I hope this helps in some way:
