As a male ruler, if you find out that your wife has been cheating on you (asking if the child is yours and her confessing that it isn't) you'll gain the cuckold trait, which has three levels, and she'll gain the hotwife trait.  Every time she cheats on you you'll both gain exp in both traits.  At cuckold level 3 your wife will suggest that you become castrated (which you can decline).  If you do that she'll start swinging the balance of power in her favor to the point where she will leave your court and essentially become her own ruler in your kingdom making autonomous decisions which will fracture your kingdom, so if you're looking to build an empire, this could make that much more difficult.  One issue with choosing a male ruler is that there's no guarantee that your wife will actually cheat on you.

 

As a female ruler, it's basically the same except there will be no splintering of your kingdom.  A female ruler will have to confess to her infidelities when called out on it for either of you to gain the associated traits.  Your husband will eventually become a eunuch, but there's nothing more to it than that.  This does have some synergy with Wicked Debauchery, I believe, where the husband can gain dominant husband and he'll treat her like a whore and train her.

 

Obviously the male side has more features to it (including your wife brazenly shoving her affairs in your face by bringing her lovers home to fuck them) but just be prepared for how fucked up your kingdom might become.

 

NPCs will also gain these traits as well.

Hello.

Any chance for an update soon? I'd love to have this mod.. yet it says its made for versio  1.19 or something like this, so even if I activate it in the current version, it doesn't work 

(Also when I make a new character, at traits selection, I can see the Bull/Cuckold/Hotwife traits and their description , yet I can't chose any as they are locked/greyed out)
