Seems like the game is a pain in the ass to mod

It also seems like every intermission scene that has her do something (unzip her suit, take her boots off) uses a different model, which both means that they'd all have to be replaced respectively, but at the same time that different shenanigans/freakthings can be done with each version

I don't think people are interested in modding this game. Since the whole Unreal5.7 and the different models per cut scene thing, I can understand that it will be a drag + the game is fading in to obscurity (since everybody already milked the feet scene on social media) and nobody really cared about the story, I think.

I don't mind buying the mod, but I hate that "sharing is caring" is illegal here, so I don't find it worth it to do so. I'll wait for a free one, or at least a barefoot ver or something.

Id love to do one myself, but i couldn't even get the mod exported properly. If this game used directx11, things would be simpler

It’s always the same no name accounts with zero mods to their names leading the pile-on. LoversLab moderators have told these people to knock it off multiple times already, yet they keep coming back like roaches.

 

And this latest nonsense about the modder “getting removed from Patreon for being unfriendly” … why do you think some modders end up unfriendly in the first place? Because they’re fed up with people like this where people shit on anything they don’t like.

 

Some of you will just eat up anything that fits your narrative and run with it blindly.

 

I’m not here to defend any modder. I’m just tired of the constant toxic shit-talking and drama that kills any actual motivation to make content for this game. Whether you pay for mods or wait for free ones is your choice, but this endless circus of lies and personal attacks makes the whole community unbearable.

I got this game but haven't played it yet in hopes of a mod being dropped, yes free but how's the game though? Is it even decent/good. Sometimes the wait for a mod isn't worth if the games is no good. Whats the verdict?

Playing Games first then if mod ever drops that be great another playthrough more playability that's just me personally.

 

That modders only mods Games that nobody else mods so that they have ah monopoly on it & then charges but never gives access to mods or refund I'd steer clear of them & their acquaintances.

As usual, repeated and/or egregious comments will result in direct action against the person posting. If I get another three pages of this sort of thing I will simply lock the Thread entirely. Please don't make me have to do it. Stick to the topic.

 

And, for the record and completely violating what I just asked for from you, let me explain LLs policy regarding mods. We believe that mods should be free (all of the Staff here have made mods and offer them freely). That being said, LL does offer a place for modders, who make paid mods, to post their free content with, sadly, advertising for their paid content. 

 

Finally, don't forget (I never do) that LL is ALL ABOUT THE MOD MAKERS. We are glad that mod users come along to enjoy the work that we have created but this site is primarily for those who make the mods. Quit whining for a minute and think about it. If the mod makers weren't posting here you would have no reason to be here. You would be complaining elsewhere (like Discord). So, yes, we will continue to "take the side" of the mod makers - and you really should be glad we do. (Please do not respond to these last two paragraphs because if you do, whether good or bad, pro or con, I will remove them).

The game controls need refining (are a little jank). Got boring after a while because of how dead the map/world looks, so I'm just waiting for a FREE mod to make it a little better. I do recommend playing a game first, modding after tho (like they say, replay ability).
