[mod] Cultivation

I've been having an issue with this mod where it would be detected by the mod manager (like it would show the correct name, file size, and version) but it wouldn't actually work in game (like none of the features where there).

I eventually figured out that if you put the mod's files (not the descriptor, just the proper files) into another mod it would work. 

Wanted to put this here just incase anyone else was having the same issue

I think I should say this. I was busy a lot for the past few months with making my game. I saw ck3 will have a new dlc update with religion so if I ever update this mod again it will be after that dlc. But its a big if. I don't even remember what codes did I use so for now think as this mod Abandoned. If there still some people want to use this unfinished mod I can update it at least so you guys can play.

If the mod can be updated that'd be great.
