The fixers wouldn't touch it because they made the shorts their own texture, which wouldn't be specified anywhere in mods made before the update. I'm not going to bother trying to tamper with a Snaccubus mod but this one from DanntheMan works, as long as you don't intend to actually use the shorts.

I hadn't even noticed that tbh. The cape is handled under component11. It seems like something with one of the .buf files is off, so I wouldn't know how to fix that. What you can do though is just prevent the mod from handling it and use the vanilla resources. This will remove the ability to toggle the cape, but I guess if you are worried about the textures on it you would be using it.

Go to this section, comment out the conditional and everything in it. Removing the handling=skip will have the vanilla render done, removing the run = CommandList will remove the mod attempting to provide its own textures.

that alone used to fix rossi's buggy looking pant before 1.5 update. currently it does nothing. i posted that hoping there's someone who might know how to fix it for 1.5

Here you go. Sorry for noticing late. I haven't played much this update and didn't realize it was broken. (Did Dann never just fix his mod? Feels odd that we are still using my random fix.)

Ah, right. In case any of you didn't use the last fix, this is just a mod that hides the textures of the glitchy looking bottoms. Just throw it in the mods folder and it should just work.

It only takes 1–2 clicks, and the process is handled entirely by the user, no staff member is involved. You won’t have to show your modding screen or UID, and it’s really quick to complete.
 

This should help protect the server against all kinds of personal or coordinated attacks. I’ll skip the details on how the system works so I don’t basically explain how to get around it.

Well, no, she's done cat-themed things before, but it's like this, a headband/ribbon with fake ears, and maybe the mittens. But not actual neko/kemonomimi features.
One reason why I like modders like Weebovs, Shinya, Parrley, and Zlevir, they get it.
