Looks fine to me. Make sure to copy the MEGA link from this page and not any extra spaces and what not. Bookmark the Pawchive link, too.

You cannot 'find it somewhere' on the map, because you have to buy it. It's called Tiger Cage bought from, Regional Development-Wuling-Stock Redistribution-Cultural Goods-Tiger Cage.

For further clarification, it's an ornamental item you'd have to purchase from the Wuling stock depot, in case anyone else was wondering.
