I can only say: have patience.

Currently, you have to go through the roundabout way to get the mods to load at all.

An update is needed for RabbitFX—specifically for the launcher. Otherwise, you have to start both components for it to work.

 

And for some mods, an update—or it would be great to have a fix tool again^^

You need to set this up and then listen carefully so that it works out^^

1. Once you have done that, you need to launch the XXMI launcher. You then have 30 seconds to start the regular launcher.

If you’ve done everything correctly, the mods should load after a brief loading time.
Important: this will take a while. So, have some patience!^^
 
There is a hotfix available, but it’s unfinished.
That one isn't mine^^
The replacements and some of the mods should load again.
But I did notice that there’s a delay when loading the characters. If necessary, just wait for the official RabbitFX release, or use mods that don’t require it at all.^^

The Chinese government is suing them. Mihoyo was in court to testify against them. <-- coming from the guy that runs Huihui apparently, or so they say on TSZ.

The owner of Huihui was put in jail for a few days and when set free he was ordered to eliminate the site and say that there will never be another one. This happened last week after he managed to revive the site. So yeah, Huihui is dead, and Hoyo is persuing another big site in China...
