Running on P+ as a futa, only issue is some of the anims not lining up which prevents the mod doing its thing, but that's due to some dodgy load order stuff I need to fix. Bravo man. 1

And these positions are relative to the bone it's anchored on. P+ has some weird alignment issues for me too sometimes that don't exist on SL. Edit: As for it not existing ages ago idk. But Skyrim's engine has a lot more potential then what people expect. I posted dynamic leashes awhile ago just using basic IK solving. There's some extreme goon potential with this game. With Hi-Poly head, Sexlab Sex Sound, and P+ (supplemented by Hentairim P+ to return stuff like position adjustment buttons), now this, I'm just baffled at how much the game's been improved over the past year. Modders, I bow my head. With this mod in particular, the fact that I can just edit the json and update on the fly without having to restart the game, god that's just bliss.

Like that Flex mod for example has a bug where it breaks SKSE's task system for a short bit. Also make sure you elaborate when you say "not working". Like what isn't working, what does the AccuratePenetration.log look like, etc. And are you positive there isn't another mod messing with FSMP? It's weird flex is at 99%, could be indicative of you having another mod injecting into flex, but incorrectly since it has a different layout. I've attached a version that delays the hook time. However, even if this fixes your issue you should go over your mod list carefully. Once the penis bone is inside, it is scaled immediately to the scale set inside accurate-penetration.json.

You might want to try a SMP setup if you want more accurate opening physics. For anal+vaginal tagged animations, your only really option is: 1: Get the penis to point away from the anus. Including the tunnel waypoints 2: Or Shrink the collision sphere of the anus/vagina and or the penis girth. 2
