JordaOdetteSwimsuits- Jorda with Feri's swimsuit and Odette with Agnes'

 

Put the .p3a file you want in your mods folder which will replace a certain model. If it doesnt show up make sure the name of the .p3a file is after any other mod that affects the same model. Use the model list on the home page to find model numbers corresponding to other costumes if you want to replace a different costume. Youll have to extract the .p3a, go to the model folder and change the .mdl file to the corresponding costume. Do the same with the model info .mi file if there is one, archive the mod folder to make a new .p3a, and put it into the game's mods folder.

...Erm... I don't think the swimsuit mod worked lol. (Does the "unskirt" mod conflict with it? Also I'd kind of been hoping it'd be like, a purple-and-black recolor of the swimsuit rather than just a copypaste)

 

I'm also wondering if the Odette one (which I haven't tested out yet because in my current playthrough I'm past the last part of the game she appears in and I don't have an earlier save to go back to lmao) is compatible with the other two games of the arc. (And maybe you could make hers green, since I assume hers also isn't a recolor currently?)

NOTE: Turn off the cheat after purchasing. The game engine uses the same instruction to buy items and unequip items! (Actually you can use this cheat to get items by unequipping if you are not near a store but of course you will lose what you unequip.)

This mod is amazing but it kept leading to crashes for me.

Here are some of the log messages:

 

Anomalies in JSON format (asset/common/model_info/chr5110_c15.mi)
MeshInstance chr5110_hair_setup has no world matrix
MeshInstance chr5110_kage has no world matrix
MeshInstance chr5110_body_setup has no world matrix

 

Separately, I've had a lot of issues with many of your mods, such as revamp etc, where the body or legs are missing

Thanks for the report. I actually had it crash myself after releasing even though I didnt experience it during testing 😅 I found out it was caused by a stray .mi file from when I was trying to make the hair better which matches that message. The mod now doesnt need to modify the .mi file so I took it out but missed it on Pneuma's versions. I reuploaded the .p3a's without it so you can redownload or delete it yourself.

 

For missing parts its usually caused by missing texture images. I try to include what I took from other mods if its not from the original game but sometimes I miss them. Similar issue with Jarkes above where I used lakovic's sexy body but didnt attach the image since Im so used to having it (fixed btw). For Revamp I included a list of mods I had so that you had the source of the images although the underwear mod was renamed so it can be confusing. Other images may be from lakovic's paid version so I didnt want to just put it out there. The update is quite expansive and Im still working on it but maybe Ill release a v1.1 in the mean time. Im aware of many issues big and small but if you can DM me any specific examples Ill make sure theyre fixed!

 

Actually on second look it seems like you might have renamed the .mdl and .mi which is fine but again it doesnt need the .mi so it should still work without it. If you want to make sure youll have to grab a chr5110.mi from the game files and rename it to what you want.

I am not sure why but despite being set prior to lacovic's mod, it interferes with it and overrides costumes. For example for Agnes "Fachan bikini" is overriding "Just panties (And stockings)", same goes for Golden Week pack, which is used for "Lagoon Shell Varian 2". Didn't thoroughly checked, probably not limited to these two. Yet even if they have the same id by mistake, lacovic's is further in the mod list, so it supposed to be dominant, which leaves me perplexed.

Pardon my blindness, but I am using the paid version from ko-fi and there are no bunny girls in there. I didn't get them from DLCs, neither I can buy the from the shop. I also checked your attached .xlsx(which is a bit weird as it has 113 entries out of 236 .mdl files that are found in the folder) and .json, there are no mentioning of them there as well. Did I gravely misunderstood something or maybe somehow corrupted the tables?

I must have used the same mdl file name as his mod. I didn't cross check his naming/id convention for his mods because I haven't used his mod at all. Sorry for the conflict.

This is an amazing piece of work, especially the animated version of the model. It made me realize that my own mods are still far from what I would consider truly polished. I still need to spend more time refining my work and learning how to create animated models.

I downloaded your models and tested them. Since I don't have any save files for the NIS version, I had to convert them to the CLE version. However, after launching the game, I couldn't get the custom models to appear at all—only the original skins were showing up.

Because of that, I spent quite a bit of time checking everything. I thought it might be something simple, such as placing the files in the wrong directory (I have multiple Kai no Kiseki installations on my PC). I also checked whether the DDS files were using BC7 compression, linear settings, and so on.

Eventually, I looked into the material_info.json files and noticed that the referenced DDS names started with a capital letter, such as T_dev393_body, while the actual DDS files were named t_dev393_body. The only difference was the capitalization of the first letter.

As a result, none of the three models could display correctly because the texture names and the entries in material_info.json did not match.

Fortunately, the fix is very simple: just rename the DDS files to match the names referenced in material_info.json. (Alternatively, you could edit the material_info.json files inside all three models, but that would be much more tedious.)

Hi thanks for the appreciation! I went back to look into the capitalization issue and it seems to be a deal with the extraction process. The image files were originally named with the upper case letter (as thats how the I received them and didnt see a reason to change it) but when I extracted an imported version it also changed it to lower case. A quick look at other image files shows them all with lower case letter so Ill make sure to do that for future files to avoid this issue. The initial .p3a works though so its only an issue if its extracted and solved as you already mentioned. Actually on another look it seems thats why Renne's face isnt showing in your images. I added "_RN" for Renne Naamah to her face file but on extraction it was changed to "_rn". So lower case letters from now on!

 

As for animations, Id suggest watching tutorials if its new to you and not spending too much time looking at these in blender. Importing them makes it hard to tell where keyframes actually are as it fills the gaps and makes it seem like each frame has one. However you can see how I used "smoke and mirrors" to make some stuff happen, especially with Pneuma (Pneuma plug!). 

 

Id also like to reiterate that Im only a modder and not a creator. This model and previous ones were obtained from various sources and adapted with the tools provided on the front page. Creating (which is what I believe you do) is much harder and a rabbit hole that Im not likely to follow. Im not sure what you meant by studying the model but the texture files and most of the mesh are not my creation. Basically I just slap one of your sexy bodies on a model I downloaded (although a bit more complicated than that obviously). I only bring it up to say maybe your models are more polished than you might think and Id hate to be the reason your content is delayed 😅 Looking forward to it!

fyi P3A mandates all lower case in its specification; I don’t remember if my tool mandates it but I think upper case filenames / path names may behave unpredictably using official tools…

If you did it correctly, it will make a zzz_combined_tables.p3a which you put in your mods folder.  (if it's not making the zzz_combined_tables.p3a file, it's probably because you don't have script_eng.p3a {English} and/or script.p3a {Japanese} in your folder with the json files and kurodlc_make_zzz_tables.exe.)

It's pretty hot this summer and the girls back with another sexy bikini. As always, please make sure you combine the tables before you add the respective files to the folders. I didn't add them to the shop this time around (sorry).
