what is this strage effect on npcs skin??

Anyone knows what is this bug?  someties it happens... does it have to do with comunity shaders? witch i am using?

Wouldn't have thought so unless you are running Skyrim LE which CS is not designed for.

What does Belethor look like without the clothes?

You appear to be using a body replacer.

Does it happen to the same NPCs as in e.g. Belethor and some other named NPCs? Does it happen only to males? Does it only happen to Imperials or whatever type Belethor is?

no i am on SE updated to AE  it happens on random npcs males or females after i play for a long time...the bodytype of males is HIMBO
