Is There Any Good Foot Fetish Mods For Skyrim SE/AE?

I found a mod in Nexus Mods called OStim Feet Animation Pack, but getting it to work was too much of a hustle. Is there any other foot fetish mods that don't require to redesign the entire game, or should I say tough luck and downgrade to LE?

Well, just the animations for the SL, or the shape of the legs themselves.
There are good models, but I can't remember where they are anymore.

I don't quite understand your question. As is said on the modpage you linked, that's all old stuff from

and I seem to recall all the scenes depicted in the pictures from my normal playthrough. If you don't want other animations, disable them in SLAL

 

If you're asking for new animations, the answer is no. We don't seem to have any animators that do stuff for Skyrim anymore.
