Hahaha, I love how cursed Spongebob's model looks in the preview.

I wonder how in 3D modelling, they're able to make him look normal in-game when his default expression is...that.

Just had a thought, is it even possible for Rouge to be nude while being SFW like the guys? Cause it'll feel weird imo to have all the girls naturally nude like the guys but just Rouge as the only one standing out.

I know some people give her white fur along her body when doing art of that type to match the white fur on her head. But that's about it.

Of course, it would just be her naked body having no visible nipples and vagina. That's basically what the SFW version of her nude mod would be like, it's all featureless.

Her body colour would most likely just be fully tan like this official model of her.

I think these mods can work on the Switch version but it probably requires something like Atmosphere that allows you to inject new files into the game's RomFS file structure. Because this game runs on Unreal Engine, you would just mod it the same way you would mod the PC version.

By placing the mods files in something like: "atmosphere/contents/<titleid>/romfs/UNION/Content/Paks/~mods/"

 

I also made my nude models roughly follow the number of tris as the original models (probably more than that though but not too many) because I actually care about optimisation so it shouldn't impact performance much at all.

sorry to tell you but in the pc and maybe ps5/xbox series versions of these games the files are stored with IOstore, it means that the files are mostly in the ucas file while im not sure what the pak does here, but the utoc is like the signature, like the sig file, for the game to have working switch mods you need to have the game files be in the pak, else it won't load them

Probably in case hes playing single player races and has people coming by, its much harder to see the lewd emotes when you dont even get the option to emote when not online. or he just REALLY likes the cute emote edits you made.

Rouge's official proportions have been changed like twice. Initially in Sonic Adventure 2, she's really thick as she was well-endowed and had very wide hips.

In Heroes & Shadow the Hedgehog, she's slimmer with reduced boob size so that it's like average or medium sized, and it was like that in her transition to HD as well since Sonic 06. Then for whatever reason after Sonic Forces, Sega decided to further reduce or hide her boobs as it's now more obscured by her chest plate.

 

Since Sonic character models are notoriously known to be virtually identical for every modern game, I might use her Forces model as a base since that's the last updated model of her where she revealed her back and cleavage. It wouldn't be out of place because the model is literally the same aside from those tweaks to her upper body.

I guess as my on-model take for her, I could adjust her bodysuit to be skin-tight and change its texture/material to match her skin or tan-coloured fur.

Then I either remove her chest plate and fill in the gaps, or mould her chest plate to look more like breasts, and then texture it to match her bare body.

Proof of concept for my on-model nude edit of Rouge the Bat when I made her bodysuit look more like her bare body and when I hide her chest plate:

I decided against using the Forces model because that has separate textures for each material with its own UV mappings while SR:CW's model simplified it all.

It'd be too much work if I'm basing the mod on that but I will keep the model around as a reference to restore her bust size as well as for making the cleavage mod. 

 

But before I work on her, I should finish my mods for Wave and Cream first... and I really want to do Blaze as well soon.

In the meantime, you could just play with Haise Sasaki's version of nude Rouge where the curvier body suits her anyway.

This is the updated version of my early upskirt mods for Amy and Cream where they're seen wearing panties like in the 2000's.

- Amy's dress is now made shorter so it's easier to take a peek what's underneath and her panties now sports a subtle camel toe.

- Seams (lines) across the models for both characters have been fixed/reduced.

- Included subtle versions where the skirts' length are in between of the original dresses and the miniskirts.

I may use that as another reference but editing the original model from Racing CrossWorlds streamlines the process of weight painting, UV mapping, texture editing, etc.

By that point, you'll be seeing (if ever) only a pinch of pixels of any changes because their original skirts are long enough to cover everything that it'd be redundant.

All I would offer is slightly increase the miniskirts' length so it'd be more subtle but the panties would still be somewhat visible.
