I think they are generally made big together (big ass and tits).
I remember the early modding days versions had a variation that was more moderate sized. Decently big and well balanced with its thighs and ass. Its by Haise as well and is on the downloads page here as one of the oldest mods. Bigger than something on model, but no where the same size as the thiccer version which has bigger ass that tits as well.

honestly that one still might be my favorite for Miku, good options between nude or bikini, and not looking, honestly as ridiculous as the absolutely gigantic ones for

Technically, you could put any model in the game because of custom proportions as long as it’s weighted and rigged. Quality of the mod just depends on how much you’re willing to deal with.

 

(Plus minimal blender knowledge)

There actually IS a Tailsko model by Coel3D on smutbase, complete with a femboy AND female model... Yes I checked, judge someone else.

On an extreme gear, the butt gets smushed flat during a lot of the animations. Same with how the knees bend. That's for the femboy version, as I wanted to try it out.

On another note, this modder got a decent Sally mod up and running. Granted, it's for subscribers, but from what I've seen, they eventually upload the stuff on GB and NM (GB is often a more gutted release than on NM, given how trigger happy the moderation is in that website, as you all know... well, NM is not any better, but it is less of an issue than on GB).

I've lost track of how many times I missed weight painting errors. Anyway, a slight fix for Femboy Frenni's butt just got uploaded.

 

And that Sally mod is one I've been anticipating. NooNoods makes really good mods, just waiting for the public release. Because of how Sally is dressed (obviously), I don't think it would get a GB upload. I suggest downloading them from Nexus Mods anyway, since that's where you would find the versions with jiggle physics for their mods.
