Not that I could tell you where to find them or how to do it, but apparently you COULD transfer over other characters' animations

there arent many humanoid characters so I think you should just still port her over goro, or maybe nights? I know you mentioned putting type 0 over nights but maybe she can be an alt skin for miku, if you do end up modding frenni over miku? a double package type thing. another reason to continue porting it over to goro or maybe nights would be theres mods for the other sonic females that people might not want to replace? I feel as if tho so long as the models get modded in for the frenni girls thats good enough, that the anims are lower on the priority list in a way. That and apparently theres a way to mod in custom anims to characters too so maybe that can be done in the future anyway. What about megaman and proto? could those work for the model swaps?

I’ll try one more time with Goro and if I’m still not satisfied, I’ll do Type 0 first and then Fexa later

Been lurking for a while but i love the miku/sage twerk mod. So that got me to thinking what other idle animations could be replaced for each of the gals?
Maybe a amy Hj or BJ motion?
A cream teasing her butt/tail motion?

A embarrassment motion for blaze?Like she realizes she naked and try's to cover up then just quitting.
Anything really fits rouge and wave i feel like as long its confident motion its fine.
Sage already got a good one but maybe she doesn't really care if has clothes or not?
Of course as someone mention before it be a task and a half to do but i seen the modders here do amazing things. 
These are just ideas i came up with before i went to bed.

Check the downloads page, it should be there. The game has its own category in the "other" dropdown option

hey i saw the renders and they are fire btw, idk if i could make some of the same model but with the racing crossworlds style, for more concistency since the models don't count with special shaders in game

Dunno if you found it but i'm sure you did. I link it here for everyone.

I also had a idea for car idles since wave already has a animation getting out and posing quickly on the hood,maybe it's possible to have each of the gals have a idle on top of the hood? That one might take a bit of elbow grease to do.

If you did I would absolutely replace them. I’m not very great at posing (or renders in general), so they’re very basic.

Kinda surprised nobody's made a taller/more-adult-proportioned Cream model yet. This is definitely the one Sonic game with the most NSFW mods so I figured it'd happen eventually, even if it was an edit of the Chocolate Vanilla mod!

I know it's probably late to give a character suggestion for Fexa, as she's been put lower in the priority list, but might I suggest Blaze (or AI Blaze)?🤔

I mean, it works in character theme plus it shouldn't be as difficult with Blaze's animations for Fexa compared to Majima since it's Blaze has a style similar to Joker & Miku.
