Yes, well the mods over there probably haven't actually played the game or, more likely, they don't care to. The issue is that if you haven't played the game and gotten a specific ending (perhaps there are other endings that address this) then you don't end up seeing that game says that she is in her 20's. Outside of this and ignoring what her face looks like, all other evidence certainly does seem to point to her being approx. 15 years old. I really can't blame folks for still being mistaken. Granted, as others have pointed out, if you don't care to play the game (and find out what her real age is) then you shouldn't be in thread or on a website bashing folks for wanting mods or calling them pedos. That said there is still some concern for legal reasons and a desire to keep a website like this out of the eyes of the law. This is a US based website and it falls under the purview of US laws which do have some very strict penalties for anything that even resembles lifelike/real sexual depictions of minors under the age of 18. I'm not trying to bring up a moral/ethical argument here. It is what it is and I don't want to see LL get in trouble for such content. Nexus on the other hand, well they have their own issues to deal with but likely they are reacting the same way that LL would if this really was underage content. However, all this is bit of a moot point since it has been established that the character is not under the age of 18. Nexus just hasn't gotten the memo yet.

the problem is that you get this random warning, with no option to talk to anyone and explain anything... while in here at least we can talk about it and establish things... I find it baffling that you get a report and you dont have any means to defend yourself.. just admiting you made a mistake and wont do it again (now thats on my record there), just cause I couldnt appeal to that warning... and thats the saddest part. like there is no way to contact nexus folks to talk? thats bad! while is easy to just click report making false positives...
infact I saw a comment of someone asking for jiggle physic and I was about to warn him that there was this guy reporting people randomly.. but if I do my comment could be reported again randomly, even If I dont say anything, and since its all aoutomatic (probably al AI doing that, no human checking), then am fucked T_T

dosent matter how old her model is pedophile it the fact that her in game age is 15

as demon is saying, she is not 15 in the game.. is what the game wants you to believe (although there are hints everywhere she is not), until you reach a certain ending that will tell you the whole truth.. she is in fact 20 in the GAME!!!! stop spreading lies you moralist!  xD
not to mention it does matter matter how old is the model, specially if she looks the same,.. I remember watching Smallvill with real actors, and they were playing 15 yos but clearly you could see kirsten kreuk being 23 or something... and I had a crush on her back in my 20s and it was all fine despite her character being ''underage'' xD so actor age is relevant.. and its the only time when I believe its important infact.. cause if a model is made from scratch without any human as base (like on FFVIIR), it shouldnt matter at all as its all fictional.. but I understan demon when it says they have to follow US laws but in other countries is perfectly legal to own and produce that (JAPAN xD)

Yeah, I hear you. For years I have heard and read stories of saying the wrong thing or pissing off the wrong mod and getting banned from the Nexus. Because of this, I just try to fly under the radar and keep my head low. I have been a member of that site for years, decades maybe a this point. In all that time I think I have only posted three comments and one of those was a bug report. All I care to get from that site is mods. I can live without speaking my mind or giving my two cents if it means I can avoid potentially having something like what happened to you happen to me. Not that I blame you for anything. From what you described, it certainly doesn't appear that you did anything wrong. Twitchy Nexus mods are what they are. I do agree that LL is better for communication.

sorry for the double post but since I removed original comment before seeing your answer (to repost it better with the other quote) and since I dont know how to quote on edited posts...
but yeah,... normally I like to speak my mind though and also giving suggestions...I got silence from a modder once but this is the first time I got this.. so now I have to be more carefull.. or use an alt account to comment what I think XD damn!

HEAVY SPOILER ALERT

Proceed at your own risk

Spoiler

In the ending, we learn that the gameplay segments in the shrines and similar areas represent reality. These sequences depict her vision of how the process of marriage is essentially “killing” her old self and turning her into the possession of the fox mask. Meanwhile, the gameplay segment in the village symbolizes her old self fighting against her actual self, the one who is about to get married because her father is in deep debt and sold her to a wealthy family, as she tries to uphold her freedom and desires.

Yes, she is in her twenties, but she’s shown wearing her school uniform because that was the time when she had the most freedom and was true to herself. In reality, she’s around 20 years old, on the verge of getting married, and is engaged in an intense internal struggle, battling her fears and nightmares, much like what you’d expect in a Silent Hill game.

This game Silent Hill isn't just a place, silent hill is this state where the characters nightmares comes to live in a grotesque way.

You have absolutely no idea what is behind the meaning of Silent Hill, the town itself is what brings the nightmares out Silent Hill f is just a folklore Japenese horror game that dosen't have anything to do with SH in general. if you looked up the meaning behind it all it tells you its the town that does all this.

First off, let me put the discussion about Hinoko’s in-game age to rest:

Silent Hill f never gives an exact number for Hinoko Shimizu’s age, but in-game clues and official descriptions make it clear she is a teenager – most likely in her early to mid-teens. The strongest evidence comes from her Japanese junior high school uniform and the in-game sign for “Ebisugaoka Junior High.” In Japan, junior high usually covers ages 12–15, so it’s widely argued Hinoko is between 13 and 15 years old.

Some external summaries and databases describe her as a high school student, which would place her in the 15–18 age range, but this view is debated and less supported by direct in-game evidence. Ultimately, it’s safest to say Hinoko is a mid-teen, most likely 13–15, making her one of the youngest main protagonists in the Silent Hill series.

In Silent Hill f’s third ending, known as "The Fox Wets Its Tail" (the good ending), Hinako is shown as being at least 15 years old, based on the setting and story elements connected to her status as a junior high student.

However, some post-credits material and fan theories reference a police report about a 22-year-old bride suffering a mental break. This might be an abstract reference to Hinako’s fate beyond the main storyline, or her “true self” as an adult.

The game’s narrative, though, most consistently presents Hinako as around 15 during the core events related to this ending.

Secondly, as already mentioned, the actress is legally an adult. That means regardless of the age she portrays in the game, she herself is over 18. Whether she was cast because she looks younger, and regardless of whether you agree with that casting choice, it only feels “weird” if you choose to make it weird.

So, are you saying that anyone with a youthful appearance – even in their late twenties – automatically makes their partner suspicious in your eyes?

As for the context of “teens” and “barely legal” being popular categories in the adult industry: these are legal categories, just like the subject of this thread.

Personal opinions on whether it’s right or wrong are irrelevant to its legality OR the subject of the thread.

To be fair - the "White Claudia" flower is likely also related to the visions and "accessing the other world" as it is both recurring and detailed in older games as being used in older ceremonies...

Spoiler

Like a Fox Wedding perhaps?

There is also a note in one of the NG+ areas talking about the flower having come from the West - almost like this could be a prequel of sorts? Either way, it also ironically grows in one spot - right by the lake near Shu's house, who also uses these white flowers to make the pills we take.

Edit : This is ironic as the only other spot the plant grows is in Maine... by certain lakes

It's likely one of those things where - when you grow up in very different places, the same psychotropic agent can result in wildly different visuals and experiences.

Spoiler

Much to the effect that the "Shiromuku" here is the new "Pyramid head" or "Boogyman" for you SHH fans

Sorry man, I didn’t express myself that well earlier. Yeah, I know the other games are all related to Silent Hill, I’ve played the first three SH games, so I get that it’s the town that brings people’s nightmares to life.

I just wanted to say that SHF is trying to expand the concept of the phenomena that occur in Silent Hill beyond the actual town, which I found really cool. I like Japanese horror, so that’s a big win for me. But yeah, the only real thread this game shares with the other Silent Hill titles is the concept of bringing people’s nightmares to life and the presence of weird cults, fog, another world. Gameplay-wise, it’s quite different. Also plotwise with the rituals and Hinako’s transformation really caught me off guard and didn't seem like SH at all, but I still enjoyed it.
