UE5 mesh swaps will be easy so expect lazy nude body mods using old existing nude body meshes and textures right away. A nude mod that works with the clothes tearing system will be the interesting thing to wait for.

I notice these photorealistic games always have those modders capitalising off the opportunity of paywalling their nude mods as soon as these new games get released.

Mods cost money, but they're not necessarily good. They're just like any free community mod. They're rushed, sometimes lacking detail, and often lacking sharpness.

They're not that different, except for some games that aren't as popular, and those are the ones that are making money.

 

Don't forget that a game that is popular will have many people making nude mods.

Some opportunistic modders that realized how easy UE5 mesh swaps are view modding as a get-rich quick scheme. They have no intention of taking the time to make good mods, their only thought is to get mods out quick and hope the paywall catches some purchases. It's a shameful practice.

I have no qualms with skillful modders wanting to get compensated for their work; if they take time out of their lives, be it in free time from work or study, then if the resulting mod is high quality then I feel it's fair to ask for a small sum in support. It's the modders that use the exact same mesh and textures for all of their mods, not even bothering to make the mesh and textures match the uniformity of the game or character they're modding, or worse, stealing someone else's mesh or textures to use as a base and selling it as their own, that are the incorrigibles.

Is it bad that I know exactly who everyone is talking about? Even though no one said a name hahaha. This shit has gotten out of hand lately.

People reeeeeeeeally need to stop paying for that slop. It just encourages it more. Either wait for something higher quality or commission a different modder. The more people keep paying for the mods, the more it will happen. Its an unfortunate cycle.

I was speaking of multiple modders, to be clear. But yes, there are some with shameful practices that are more popular than others.

Judging from what I can see from the gameplay it's not a clothes tearing system as much as I wish it was. I watched some previews and she lost almost all her health in combat and her model didn't change. It is seemingly something that changes as the plot progresses.  But we'll see. Maybe I'll end up being wrong. No reason you couldn't still mod it to be a sexier version of the plot ones but I just like clothing damage systems in games.

We could definitely use more games like that, or at least have more games modded with that, or have games that already feature that have nude mods.

It makes the nude mods themselves feel naturally integrated with the game when a character's body is forced to be exposed due to in-universe reasons like that.

RIP My old computer, 😑 Doesn't support Windows 11 64x. I'll have to wait until next year to play.

 

I'll have to save up my money to upgrade my computer's specs to one that can support it.

 

I'm still stuck with Windows 10 and completely forgot about game specs. lol

 

 But in any case, I hope the mods are as expected.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say, I think you would be fine trying to play this game on windows 10. They probably just have windows 11 listed even as a minimum requirement because in October Microsoft will be ending all support and security updates for windows 10. So because of that, nearly everyone is going to update/upgrade to windows 11. Sucks because windows 11 is nothing more than semi-malicious spyware on the part of Microsoft. 
 

I'll end up upgrading (downgrading if you ask me) because I have to but I wish I had the option to take a shit on every one of their door handles and piss in every one of their coffee machines while I install the update.

is stupid but funny at the same time... USA dont censor violence but they do censor sexuality.. while in japan is the opposite.. they censor violence to a point some things are not allow (see dying light, dead space), but sexuality is fine.... on fatal frame 2 they had this Oficial lingerie outfit for both mio and mayu... and all was fine.. but thanks to appeal to greater audience after Metoo and other stuff now in japan, sometimes they auto censor themselves to avoid western backlash.. which is why dont expect those outfits on FF2 remake next year, and also why they added that crappy void under her skirt.. in another time that wouldnt be done.. as they love ''fan service''... but yeah.. we need a fix to that atrocity

happy for them but their works are a clear violation of end user license agreement and if these modders are earning money they better give a 60 percent cut to game's intellectual property right holders or game developers who actually create the source material, whose original work these modders are modifying and profiting of. only fair

I am waiting for this as well... Skirt needs to be literally half the length it currently is. Physics added, and of course some nice pantsu. I don't even want nude, or nipples, or whatever... just this.

You'd think after the success of Stellar Blade Japanese devs would stop being so afraid to model panties under skirts. What's even weirder is that Konami recently put out the Eden Zero game that had tons of panty shots.

Great, thanks for your effort to try it on Windows 10. If it's playable, let me know.

I'm still hesitant to buy it because I'm afraid it won't work on Windows 10.

I'm not really in a rush to use Windows 11, even though Windows 10 will stop updating in October.

Keep in mind that big budget games are years in the making, Stellar Blade's success will impact the industry, but it'll be for projects that we haven't seen yet.
