You cant share it, but you can keep it, because its no your fault download (was shared for someone else)  from external page, but not sharing here or somelse, its a pay mod if you dont buy it cant be sharing

You can't share a mod in the public forum without the authors permission, to my knowledge the only exceptions are deprecated mods or abandoned mods. I personally disagree with this stance because I believe a mod released to the public becomes public, but I understand both sides.

Putting a mod out for download doesn’t make it public property. If that were true, every movie, game, and song online would be up for grabs. That’s just not how it works.

Not trying to weigh in on LL's rules. It's their site, they can do what they like. But... that kind of is how it works... If it's paid, then yeah, redistributing it freely is typically illegal or at the very least against the rules in most places online. But sharing a you tube video, or a piece of art from twitter, or music from sound cloud... that's not problematic... Just don't claim things to be yours or try to resell other people's work. And if somebody expressly states they DON'T want their work shared, then it makes more sense to me to respect their wishes (Though they'd have better odds keeping it behind closed doors if that's what they wanted. The internet will be the internet.) To be clear, I agree, it doesn't make things "public property" But I think that's pretty obvious. I don't think anybody here is saying they own or made the mod. But putting something out there in the public, especially a copy-able form of media, does mean that the public now has access to it. They're gonna copy it and share it, that's just how it is XD.

it doesn't work that way, but it works that way, you can't share files that don't have the rights to be shared, but if you download a file (video, software, file, photo, etc.) from any website, and that site doesn't have a warning that the file you are downloading has any authorship, intellectual property, etc. the downloaded file is yours, since when it is on your computer it is your property NO ONE can tell you what files you can or can't have on your computer because it is private property, the websites where files are shared MUST verify that the files that are posted comply with the corresponding copyright or payment, NOT WHO DOWNLOADS THEM, since since there is no warning that said file has any type of protection you legally do not commit any fault in downloading it, the filter must start from the upload of the file, registering your authorship or permission to share it, once posted and without any type of warning, the downloaded file is your property (obviously depending on which country I guess in South Korea or Russia, it doesn't apply lmao) but it shouldn't be like that but it is like that

People wouldnt be trying to archive these mods if this debate would just end, The only age given to the character at all in the game is with the games own ending saying shes in her 20s. She is not a minor. Why is nexus being so anal about it? The only people jumping to her being 15 dont know the game. If the game never says shes 15 then why are we still arguing this?

most of what you said isn’t correct. Just because a file is on your computer doesn’t make it legally yours copyright exists automatically, with or without a warning. Downloading or sharing copyrighted material without permission can still be illegal. Websites aren’t solely responsible for policing uploads; users can also be liable. Possession ≠ ownership.

stop asking about the FL mod, if you didn't download it while it was published in nexus there will be no way to get it since it is a paid mod, any other website that publishes it is possible that you are downloading a virus or whatever, wait for a free mod and you are not missing anything, the butt is flat, the bust is flat, you are not missing anything, if you want a nude mod wait for a thicc mod since the game has just come out and many modders have already started to modify them, I have monitored many mod pages and a much better one than this will come out, just be patient

Sorry man, I didn’t express myself that well earlier. Yeah, I know the other games are all related to Silent Hill, I’ve played the first three SH games, so I get that it’s the town that brings people’s nightmares to life.

I just wanted to say that SHF is trying to expand the concept of the phenomena that occur in Silent Hill beyond the actual town, which I found really cool. I like Japanese horror, so that’s a big win for me. But yeah, the only real thread this game shares with the other Silent Hill titles is the concept of bringing people’s nightmares to life and the presence of weird cults, fog, another world. Gameplay-wise, it’s quite different. Also plotwise with the rituals and Hinako’s transformation really caught me off guard and didn't seem like SH at all, but I still enjoyed it. 

 

I don't like the game period and i hope Konami scraps this team for someone that will actually make one that actually represents what Silent Hill is about, i want them to let Blooper give it a shot since they did a wonderful job on the Remake. I was really disapointed in f, it was a bullshit lie anyways none of this shit actually happened which is a big Fuck you to the players. the horror aspect sucked and wasn't scary the monster designs are so generic and don't fit SH in general, the story is one big mess. it works as a japenese horror game but not SH. also i don't mind them expanding like they did in the room but SH was represented in that game in a big way made it feel like a real SH game.
