pokepika01 Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 View File Nephila Pokè-edit This is, technically, Nephila updated for Rimworld 1.6. Please note, however, that it was: A) A very quick-and-dirty update - I basically just deleted the parts of the assembly file that were causing issues. Notably, the unique biomes are gone, as is the Lactation Induction power, which never really felt quite right anyway. If you want hucow colonists, there are much better options out there. B) Based on my personal copy of the mod. This means it is adjusted from the original experience in ways that I personally find more balanced and enjoyable, but others might not. I also kinda never really intended for much of this to see the light of day outside of my own PC. Under ideal circumstances, it never would. However, given the complete lack of an update of this mod for 1.6, I threw this together from what I had, so other hyperpreg lovers can have something to sate our thirst need want. I make no assurances for the quality, nor will I likely be able to offer much support. Sorry in advance? Come to think of it, I might have left some beta-testing stuff in there from Biotech experiments. WELP. Submitter pokepika01 Submitted 08/16/2025 Category Rimworld 2
TwoMoreTimes89 Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 Thanks for posting it! Been missing using this mod!
BlueMan156 Posted August 25, 2025 Posted August 25, 2025 hi! trying to run this mod, but I just get this massive block of error text help could be appreciated, really want to play this mod error log.txt
pokepika01 Posted August 26, 2025 Author Posted August 26, 2025 ...Fuck. I accidentally commented out the first half of a - never mind. Point is, Imma stupid. I'll upload a fix right now.
morcalvin Posted September 8, 2025 Posted September 8, 2025 Would you consider fixing the biome? I always thought the biome was cool
pokepika01 Posted September 9, 2025 Author Posted September 9, 2025 Unfortunately, I really am a noob at this stuff - I don't even know where to start. Sorry!
BlueMan156 Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 (edited) anybody have an estimate on when a Maiden ascends into a Matron after consuming Angel's Milk? I'm in the "Summer's Temperance" phase, whatever that means edit: answered my own question after playing, it REALLY takes a while, like many quadrums Summer's Temperance is the second stage, I think I got it after 3-6 quadrums? no estimate Edited September 23, 2025 by BlueMan156
mcclurgie Posted September 23, 2025 Posted September 23, 2025 hate to be this type of person, but how does one go about installing this mod along with nephilia?

Darksteelrob Posted September 24, 2025 Posted September 24, 2025 I don't know whether you intend to return to this or not, but i noticed that when a naphilia pawn progresses a stage, they lose any psychic bond they may have gotten from another pawn, and they lose and titles they've earned from the empire or the nephilia empire. I also noticed that the coalescing seraphim thing spawned a bugged out baby for me rather than the seraphim animal, but i must say it is great to see this mod return
dontask323 Posted October 12, 2025 Posted October 12, 2025 I gotta ask, as I'm trying to sorta make a guide for this mod, how long does it take for nephila pawns? Or at least how do they progress.
Mana_Sky Posted November 17, 2025 Posted November 17, 2025 @pokepika01 So I done fucked up and spend way to much time on this. I never modded but I had so many Errors because of this Mod so I tried to learn some things. I recompiled the .DLL with the newest Versions and added the missing .cs File that lead to many Errors. I Fixed the Formatting in all .XML Files and removed... most non existing Operations that are not defined with the existing .cs Files. I also changed the wrong HeDiffs with the correct ones used in RimWorld 1.6 and the Current RJW Release. I... was awake till 3am working on this all day yesterday. I did not have time to actually play this mod but most Errors are FINALLY gone. Perhaps you guys wanna test it? Nephilia_PokeEdit_ElectricBoogalo_PartTwo.zip 1
BlueMan156 Posted November 27, 2025 Posted November 27, 2025 @Mana_Sky there's a problem with generating a world, only the nephilia factions generate, the rest of the factions just disappear I can send the error log I got if you want
Mana_Sky Posted November 28, 2025 Posted November 28, 2025 Got many more Errors, worked on it for another I think a week straight, but there are so many weird xml changes and HAR incompatibilities that I am about to scream. Have to take a week off ^^ Perhaps it would be better if someone would remake this without HAR instead using Genes etc. Because the whole Live Stages thing with different Races and so on is kinda strange.. It is... urgh. So much fucking time till 2am into the night ^^"
semiuseful Posted December 1, 2025 Posted December 1, 2025 Nice that you're resurrecting it. Almost seems like this Mod is cursed
pokepika01 Posted December 3, 2025 Author Posted December 3, 2025 In my defense: 1) 12 hour shifts suck balls B) I literally only uploaded this because no-one else did III) A programmer I ain't. As evidenced by my Cyberman-style solution to things not working, e.g. "DELETE". By all appearances other, more capable people seem to have taken this up, which is good enough for me. Sorry if I disappointed! Plus, I haven't played Rimworld in a few months anyway. Point of fact, it's actually not installed on my PC right now.
Mana_Sky Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Fuck no, capable people? I am about to pop a blood vessel here xD. I just wanted to fix some Red Errors in my Humongous Error Log Pile... then Fell Into a Pit. Problem is, Fixing some of this stuff broke other stuff. And to be honest, as I said, I personally think this mod is ... a bit to ambitious, You pokepika are great so no worry! I cannot continue to fiddle with this for the next few weeks. Real Life and so on. I could upload the current state I worked on but I have the feeling that it seems to be a bit to broken right now. (Completely missing graphics and so on...) I think this mod would be nice if it could be somehow adapted to work with the new mechanics....
RaspbyKitty Posted March 10 Posted March 10 i'm a halfway decent programmer but don't know the first thing about rimworld modding specifically... i've been considering getting into it, though if i do i definitely wanna take a look n see if i can help out here mostly came here to ask - is there any kind of guide on actually playing this mod? i feel kind of lost, not sure what to actually do. how would a pawn acquire nephila sickness? once they reach the stage "hyperpregnant", what happens afterwards? what am i supposed to be doing? if anyone knows, please let me know!
