Can't make sexlab work at all SE

I tried both v1.65 and 1.66

I tried reinstalling, multiple times, clean install, scrubbing it clean then reinstalling fresh again but no matter what I do it doesn't work. 

Using Pandora, I initially thought FNIS was the issue. 

Does anyone know how to fix this please 🙏🏻
