[mod] Nudity Matters More opinions

Is it possible to make a stripped-down version of this mod that doesn't require RJW? Like just nudity detection, debuffs and traits.

 

I'd try to do it myself but i can only do XML, and all mechanisms for this mod seem to be in cs.

That would prolly require more C#, for now might just wanna ask if there is an XML that contains a list of excluded races; otherwise gonna have to use XML to auto exclude certain mods, since the game can also do that now (well, or to make this mod incompatible with the other one, same difference).  Option 2 clunky as hell tho...
