This setup allows both RTBP and ReShade to function in The Sims 4,
despite both requiring d3d9.dll. It uses a custom proxy DLL that
loads both mods in sequence — ensuring no conflicts or crashes.

🎮 Intended For:

✔ The Sims 4 DX9 64-bit version (Tested on version 1.116.202.1030):  
   TS4_DX9_x64.exe

✔ ReShade 6.5.1 Addon build:  
   ReShade_Setup_6.5.1_Addon.exe  
   (Download from: https://reshade.me/#download)  
   Compatible with shader packs tested for Sims 4

✅ Safe-to-Use Shader Packs:
────────────────────────────

The following shader packs are tested and safe to use with Sims 4:

• qUINT  
• SweetFX  
• FXShaders  
• Legacy Standard Effects  
• AstrayFX  
• OtisFX  
• CShade  
• AnamorphoFX / Fubax  

Avoid using GShade, METEOR, RSRetroArch, or other OpenGL/experimental packs unless you know how to debug shader compilation errors.

📂 Setup Instructions:
────────────────────────────

1. Go to your Sims 4 game folder:
   C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin  
   or  
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

2. Rename your RTBP d3d9.dll to:
       rtbp.dll

3. Rename your ReShade d3d9.dll to:
       reshade_original.dll

4. Copy this d3d9.dll (the proxy loader) into the same folder.

✅ Your final folder should now contain:
   ├── d3d9.dll                 ← the proxy loader
   ├── rtbp.dll                 ← Real-Time Body Physics
   └── reshade_original.dll     ← ReShade 6.5.1 Addon

5. Launch The Sims 4.

   ✅ You should see:
   - ReShade's overlay (press HOME)
   - Working physics from RTBP

🔁 Notes & Compatibility:
────────────────────────────

• This setup works only with DirectX 9 mode  
• Not compatible with other mods that also inject d3d9.dll  
• If you update ReShade or RTBP, just reapply the renames  
• Tested on Sims 4 x64 DX9 with ReShade 6.5.1 Addon and CPVC RTBP
