What was in the lair you're thinking of? I have no idea really, I just remember reading somewhere that with one of the mods it added a lair, I think it was in Primm.

I heard that User had been adding various lairs. If I remember correctly there was a mention that he was possibility adding one to Primm a few months ago. I haven't used that mod for quite a long time.
