I there any way to keep the penis soft, until around 80 aroused, or starting a SL animation, instead of the current, partially erect or erect 95 percent of game play

What kind of penis mods do you use to have almost always erections? Neither SOS nor TNG should behave like that with default settings. Unless you're talking about the size while flaccid. Most SOS/TNG addons are showers and not growers... but that's not really related to the erect status of the addon.

I figured out an ok solution, using the MCM settings in OSL Aroused, deselect the SOS choice.  This will result in Slongs always being soft until a SL animation starts.
