After the update of the Japanese version, sometimes the encrypted names of resources change.  Generally, you need to rename them to use them.  However, in one update, the version and shader file were upgraded, and you need to use the new project file and the 2022 version to create them.  In the future, when you maintain MOD files, you should also find this situation.

I can't solve the problem of the outline material either. The newly imported model can't use the outline on the material, so my choice is to make a new normal reversed model and use dark texture to make the outline

This idea came to me when I was making the MOD for Resident Evil 4. I could use it to simulate the effect of the outline. Eventually, I found that this method could also be used to solve this problem.

So now he has changed from having no outline to having an outline...   Although it's a pity that I couldn't find screenshots of other girls' mod made at that time, I can only show this one

Discussing how its done is good, usaully when these kind of talks happen the community could exspect some progress in the coming weeks, so am sure many is excited to see what happens XD

Alright, made some adjustments to the mod manager. You can clone the source or download a windows executable from my fork or wait until kxxxd merges my changes and does his own thing (if he does it in the first place).

oh nice, I'll check it out. I only tested my manager with one mod so far, I forgot to test it with variants for the same character 🫡

there many body type & breast size, Jmedia7 only provide me 1 model

I know, you stated that, am not asking to port the model to another character, unless you find one thats almost the same figure as McQueen, just asking to do her Basic outfit as thats what she wears most of the time you see her, if your not racing or training her that is XD

It was updated to Global some times ago, but you have to click a toggle for switching versions.

For now, I probably have the most interest in seeing vest-only generic uniforms, and extremely short skirts / proper panties on the girls.

Slightly more naughty seems like the most fun.

I’ve already quit Uma Musume for a while, so I’m not sure if these mods still work now. Back when I was still playing, they were usable. Just a heads-up — this mod was made for the DMM version, not the Steam version, so I’m not sure if it can be used as a reference for Steam users.

Also, to be clear: I didn’t make or modify this myself — it was done by someone else, so please don’t ask me how to do it.

One more thing: aside from the DMM platform, this mod also works on the Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau version (via emulator).

The encrypted name of the file is likely to have been changed and needs to be renamed.

The MOD for the DMM version and the MOD for the Steam Japanese version are interchangeable, and their models use the same file.

cam a already existing mod be renamed to another model, so if we have a Nude McQueen, can we rename the files so they also make all her outfits nude? or would that not work? XD how does the encryption for this game work? XD

Also, anyone know all the file nameas for her or have a way to figure out whos who in the folders? XD

Does this mean making more mods for it might be alittle more harder? does't seem impossible though but this might also stop anyone for modding it, maybe thats why not many has tried as of late, would of thought this would sky rocket in mods because its just a full game of Horse girls lol

okay, so theres no easy way round it, people have to actaully find the outfit they want, or all the outfits, and replace them separately, thats alot of 'unpacking and repacking lol

 

No wonder this is already pretty dead for modding wise...

For most models, the model after normal inversion scaling can simulate an outline using a solid color map. If you encounter a model that cannot use outline materials, you can try it.
