O.k this seems like a full on bug, or maybe some conflict with the (unofficial?) add-on mod.

<bug snip>

Using the latest version of Interracial Takeover and Interracial Expansion, I cannot replicate these bugs. The same events are working fine for me. Can you make sure you're running the latest of both mods and see if the issue persists after a game restart?

A conflict in the expansion mod was causing new rules from this mod to not display in the rules list. This has been fixed in 0.2.1 of the expansion mod.

I'm 90% sure both were up to the latest (bar your latest update obviously), though to be fair I just copy and overwrite the mods so that maybe the issue. I'll try a double fresh restart tomorrow.

Maybe it's because I'm using the character creator?

I took the earliest start and made a female ruler up in the Kola Peninsula.

It's a nice place to test out mods that don't have bookmarked characters, as you are a relatively powerful ruler especially with some quick expansion and are generally left alone after that.

ofc it will be a full girl, i know how to do it, its just a bit jank is all, cant avoid the game over screen, no history carry over, your previous relation is gone, basically starting a new character that looks like your former self but a girl. i can only give the new character the former character title before i switch the character around

I think the creator of this mod found a fix for it.

You still get a game over screen when you transform, but it's a fake out. Though I'd have to double check as it has been a bit since I played it (too much BBC and Futa [both vanilla and AGOT] fun respectively).

After the update, I noticed something strange (I'm not sure if it's a bug or if I haven't played long enough), but the rule that sets the number of BBCs doesn't work. I checked for very rare occurrences (probably around 5%) and over two years of playing, the number of BBCs in the world was around 7.35% of all inhabitants. Then I switched to frequent occurrences and the number of BBCs became 7.6% of all NPCs in the game. The number of BBCs in the state remained approximately the same (I didn't touch the other rules). I tried to fix the percentage inside the files, but it didn't help (it still remained around 7.5%), so something is clearly wrong here
Update: While writing, I decided to check whether this rule works at all, set it to never (as far as I understand, this means that there will be no BBC features at all), but in the end, the number was the same as in the case of other rarities (about 7.5%)

so basically how this work is every birthday every african will get an event with option A if rare is (5%) and option B if rare is (95%) then if they decide to take option A they get the bbc trait. but if they take option B they have to wait 5 years, to get this event again :) there is no way for you to make exactly 5% bbc proportionally to the entire world. so i just find this way easier to implement while really simulating the choice the bbc take

good idea, but i already have some other thing planned for this. i planned to make a trait that you and the ai can get maybe adding that valor into account is a great way to introduce the trait. basically if you have this trait you can have a character interaction or decision to kill any BBC courtier, inside your realm :) and a counter part trait for female, that basically make it if they ever get forced into a sex with a bbc they will wound them instead :) and maybe kill if its too wounded and theyre still trying to fuck her.

i want your opinion on a great way to introduce these 2 upcoming trait :D because i think you know much about the game!

maybe chaste women have an event trigger where if they see a BBC event or are moved on send them to the prison and execute them and only the player character can choose to otherwise entertain the advances.

to counter that if a ruler has 5 BBCs or more they forcefully take her making her lose the chaste trait and gain the lustful trait. also said event will give double experience and can only activate for a chaste woman preventing further triggering

its here now, but you have to be really lucky to get this. FUTA BBC Combo, I can make it if you are Futa and African you automatically get BBC trait. only if people want it ofc

also im thinking of making BBC and the whitegirl trait all into congenital trait, it just make sense. if your mom is fucking a black dude everyday if you re a kid you got kinda exposed to it too, but dont worry, all the event has a trigger to prevent child to be an actor of event.

When it comes to the BBC trait I've put a PR to the github that improves the BBC trait rule and makes it spread/inherit pretty logically with the new rule options. I'd prefer BBC not be cogenital so that we can use the carnalis cogenital traits and the African purity traits to determine BBC development odds.

See PR: https://github.com/ShalolaAuthor/interracial_takeover/pull/27

I also think that BBC curiosity is easy enough to develop in adults that it doesn't need to be cogenital. To be honest, I'd like to see the 'foster curiosity' interaction removed. It's really easy to corrupt adult characters and getting a 0 XP start on the trait doesn't matter much.

I see you just merged all my PRs which I appreciate! The BBC rule PR deleted one of your scripted modifiers so I've made a new PR to add it back with the new rules implemented into it.
https://github.com/ShalolaAuthor/interracial_takeover/pull/27

I'm confident that the rules will work once you merge that PR! I had tested them extensively and now they are compatible with your latest update.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind it. Especially if it works with Phaze's Mod.

Plus it could be interesting to see if things like the "Backed Up" or Human Milk Farm could be merged.

Though the most interesting idea is a bookmark where a BBC Futa merges both the Church of BBC wirth the Hermic fates. Would certainly be an interesting idea in the future alongside with the Adventurer BBC idea floated out here before.

thanks for the PR :D i already corrected that mistake, and also chance cant work with scripted values! so i converted them into a big modifier you will see once you make a sync

😛 Thats not the case but scripted_modifiers are so tricky that I don't blame you for thinking that way. Per the CK3 wiki:
https://ck3.paradoxwikis.com/Weight_modifier

Quote

The base is always an integer. The add and factor parameters, on the other hand, accept any type of numerical values: numbers, script math, script_values, saved scope values.

Weight modifiers are applied in the order they are listed.

Also I tested the original PR to make sure the probabilities lined up correctly. I think you've got it working now though.

If an African already has the bbc trait, does that mean it won't disappear even if option B is chosen? Also, is there a line of code somewhere that determines the percentage of bbc at the very beginning of the game and the number of bbc NPCs without families that appear in the game (I don't know the exact name of these NPCs, probably wanderers)?

Two new rules reduce the probability of BBC appearing or leave it at approximately 5% (the lowest probability to date), and they work on the same principle, with a choice between A (gives BBC) and B (does not give BBC) every 5 years?

nah we reworked that game rule, to be similar to what carn use, to avoid confusion. right now its  listed here
